600 مستفيد من عيادات النوم في الشرقية

بلغ عدد المستفيدين من عيادات النوم في تجمع الشرقية الصحي، 600 مسستفيد خلال العام المنصرم 2023م، حيث يضم التجمع عيادتين متخصصة باضطرابات النوم في كل من مستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي بالدمام، ومستشفى القطيف المركزي.
وأوضح استشاري طب الباطنة وطب النوم في مستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي بالدمام أحد مكونات تجمع الشرقية الصحي، د.

وبناءً على التشخيص يمكن أن تقدم العيادة خطة علاج متكاملة تشمل: (تعديلات في أنماط النوم والعادات، والعلاج الدوائي، والعلاجات الأخرى مثل العلاج السلوكي المعرفي، وتوفير أجهزة الهواء المستمر (CPAP) لعلاج اضطرابات التنفس أثناء النوم).روتين يومي منظم
نوه د. الصالح، بأهمية الحفاظ على روتين يومي منظم خلال شهر رمضان المبارك لضمان نوم صحي كافي، وذلك من خلال تجنب تناول المأكولات الثقيلة قبل النوم، والحصول على قدر مناسب من ساعات النوم بما لا يقل عن 6 ساعات يوميا، مع الالتزام بوقت محدد وثابت للنوم والاستيقاظ، وتهيئة البيئة المناسبة للنوم من خلال تهوية الغرفة وتخفيف الإضاءة وضبط درجة الحرارة بشكل مريح.
كما يمكن استخدام الستائر المظلمة أو الأقنعة للعين لتقليل الإضاءة وتحسين جودة النوم خلال ساعات النهار، وينصح كذلك بالحد من المحفزات وقت النوم مثل الأنشطة التلفزيونية، استخدام الحاسوب والألعاب الإلكترونية)، والانتظام بممارسة نشاط بدني بسيط عقب السحور وصلاة الفجر أو قبل الفطور، وأخذ قيلولة بسيطة لاستعادة حيوية ونشاط الجسم أثناء فترة النهار.
