قرار عاجل في إعادة محاكمة متهمي أحداث مجلس الوزراء

قررت الدائرة الأولي بمحكمة الجنايات أول درجة المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم بدر تأجيل إعادة محاكمة متهمين بأحداث العنف وإضرام النيران والشغب التي وقعت بمحيط مجالس الوزراء والشعب والشورى، والمجمع العلمي، في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا بـ"أحداث مجلس الوزراء" .. وذلك لجلسة 19 مايو المقبل للإطلاع والإستعداد للمرافعة.
صدر القرار برئاسة المستشار محمـد السعيد الشربيني وعضوية المستشارين عصـام أبـو العـلا وغريب محمـد متولي ومحمـود زيدان ومحمد نـبيل وسكرتارية ممدوح عبد الرشيد.
وتضمن قرار الاتهام إحالة 269 متهما إلى محكمة جنايات القاهرة و24 حدثا إلى محكمة الطفل، وذلك لاتهامهم بالضلوع فى الأحداث التى أسفرت عن وقوع أعداد من القتلى والجرحى فى أحداث العنف بمحيط مجلس الوزراء.
ونسب للمتهم وآخرين تهم ارتكابهم لجرائم التجمهر المخل بالأمن والسلم العام، ومقاومة السلطات باستخدام القوة والعنف لمنعهم من أداء قوات الأمن لعملهم فى تأمين وحماية المنشآت الحكومية، والحريق العمدى لمبان ومنشآت حكومية وإتلافها واقتحامها، والتخريب وإتلاف الممتلكات العامة والخاصة.
