مجموعة لولو للتجزئة تعتزم إطلاق مشاريع للهايبرماركت في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة

في محاولة لتوسيع محفظة التجزئة الخاصة بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، قامت مجموعة لولو، ومقرها الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بوضع اللمسات النهائية على مشروعين آخرين في مدينتي مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة. أعلن ذلك يوسف علي، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة لولو على هامش حفل التوقيع الذي أقيم في مدينة مكة المكرمة.

أخبار متعلقة نادرة للغاية ومميزة.. مقيم أمريكي يروي قصة عشقه للمدينة المنورةهدر الطعام.. كيف يضر إسرافك في الغذاء بالمناخ؟المشروع الأول في جبل عمر بمكة المكرمة هو مشروع متعدد الاستخدامات يتضمن إنشاء متجر لولو في سوق الخليل، وسيتم تطويره من قبل شركة جبل عمر للتطوير. سيكون متجر لولو هايبر ماركت الجديد على مسافة قريبة من المسجد الحرام بمكة المكرمة، وهو جزء من مشروع جبل عمر بمساحة إجمالية تبلغ 253,000 متر مربع من مساحة بناء إجمالية تبلغ 2.5 مليون متر مربع للمشروع الكلي.
ومن المقرر أن يكتمل هذا المشروع على سبع مراحل، وسيحتوي المشروع بأكمله على فنادق وشقق ذات علامات تجارية لخدمة ملايين الحجاج من جميع أنحاء العالم الذين يأتون إلى مكة، مما يجعلها واحدة من أكثر مراكز الحج ازدحامًا في العالم.
أما مشروع لولو الثاني فيقع في المدينة المنورة والذي يتم تطويره من قبل شركة المناخة لتطوير المشاريع العمرانية. وسيغطي المشروع مساحة 2161 متر مربع.
وأعرب مسؤولون من شركة جبل عمر للتطوير وشركة المناخة لتطوير المشاريع الحضرية عن ثقتهم في أن شركة لولو هايبر ماركت هي شركة التجزئة الرائدة في المنطقة التي ستساهم في نجاح مشاريع مراكز التسوق المرموقة هذه.
وبهذه المناسبة، أعرب يوسف علي عن سعادته البالغة وسعادته بالانتهاء من المشاريع في المدن المقدسة، وشكر خادم الحرمين الشريفين، الملك سلمان، وولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان، والحكومة السعودية على دعمهم الكبير.
قال السيد يوسف علي، "إن المساهمة في تطوير المرافق في مكة والمدينة هو حلم طال انتظاره، وأؤكد للسلطات السعودية أن مجموعة لولو ملتزمة بجلب تجارب التسوق ذات المستوى العالمي بالقرب من الناس مع توفير المزيد من فرص العمل للسعوديين."
وأضاف "إن الرؤية والنهج الجديد الذي يضع التنمية السعودية في مركز التقدم يعزز ثقة المستثمرين ويدفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية".
كما حضر هذه المناسبة السيد رفيق محمد علي، المدير الإقليمي للولو جدة ومسؤولين آخرين.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستدير مجموعة لولو مشروع مركز مكة التجاري الذي يتضمن سوبرماركت وأمور أخرى. المشروع في المرحلة الأخيرة من الانهاء ومن المتوقع أن يبدأ العمليات قريبًا، كما أفاد السيد شهيم محمد.
