توقيع اتفاقية شراكة وتأمين بين BNA والصندوق الوطني للتعاون الفلاحي

وقع كل من البنك الوطني الجزائري والصندوق الوطني للتعاون الفلاحي، اليوم الأربعاء، اتفاقية إطار للشراكة والتأمين.
وتتضمن الإتفاقية، تقديم تغطية تأمينية للقروض الممنوحة من قبل البنك لفائدة المهنيين الناشطين في قطاعي الفلاحة والصيد البحري وتربية المائيات.
وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى تعزيز إمكانيات تمويل مختلف البرامج المسطرة لتنمية قطاع الفلاحة والصيد البحري من قبل السلطات العمومية.
كما تهدف إلى ”ضمان” الملاءة المالية المتعلقة بمشاريع الفلاحة، الصيد البحري وتربية المائيات. وذلك عن طريق مختلف المنتجات التأمينية التي يصممها الصندوق بشكل يتلاءم مع مختلف الأخطار المناخية والصحية.
كما يلتزم صندوق التعاون الفلاحي، في إطار هذه الاتفاقية، بوضع كامل خبرته في خدمة المستفيدين من القروض الفلاحية المقدمة من قبل البنك.
ويأتي ذلك، عبر توفير المرافقة والدعم فيما يتعلق بتسيير الأخطار. وذلك من خلال التوجيهات والنصائح “المجانية” التي يقدمها خبراء الصندوق.
كما يتدخل الخبراء لتحديد الأخطار المرتبطة بالنشاط الفلاحي الممارس، وكذا توضيح طرق تسييرها والتحكم فيها. بالإضافة إلى الحث على إدراج التدابير الوقائية الموصى بها من أجل ضمان أمن النشاط.
للإشارة، يأتي توقيع هذه الاتفاقية بعد أن شرع البنك الوطني الجزائري، في تسويق منتوجين تمويليين موجهين للمتعاملين في قطاعي الفلاحة والصيد البحري وتربية المائيات.

وأضاف الراشد "إن المملكة بقرارها الكريم، والمتزامن مع احتفالات الوطن بيوم التأسيس، تعيد للأذهان مجد الماضي وإنجازات الأولين، وتؤكد على تمسّكها بهويتها العربية والوطنية العريقة من خلال تصميم الرمز المستوحى من الخط العربي، ودلالاته الفنية المنبثقة عن تراث المملكة وثقافتها الأصيلة والراسخة، وهو إنجاز آخر تقدّمه قيادة المملكة للوطن وللعالم العربي بأسره على اعتباره أول رمز عالمي معتمد للعملات العربية".
