مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يجري عمليتي قسطرة لإنقاذ ثلاثينية من انسدادات شديدة بالشرايين

أجرى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عمليتين معقدتين، لإنقاذ حياة مريضة تبلغ من العمر 38 عاماً، من الموت المحقق، بعد توقف قلبها 3 مرات نتيجة جلطات متكررة وشديدة في عدد من شرايين القلب، الأمر الذي استدعى استخدام مضخة القلب الخارجية " Impella " المتطورة، ذكر ذلك الدكتور المعتصم بالله طرابلسي استشاري أمراض القلب والقسطرة التداخلية والهيكلية رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، الحاصل على البورد والزمالة الأمريكية.

والذي قال أن المريضة عانت من نوبات حادة من الألم في منطقة منتصف الصدر، توجهت على اثرها في بادىء الأمر لمستشفى آخر ونومت به 5 أيام، ونتيجة لخطورة وضعها الصحي وعدم قدرتهم على علاجها والسيطرة على المضاعفات، تم تحويلها إلى قسم الطوارىء القلبية بمستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، والذي قيم حالتها واستدعى فريق طبي متخصص في أمراض القلب والشرايين للإطلاع على تاريخها المرضي، وتبين أنها أجرت سابقاً عملية تركيب دعامة قلبية منذ سنوات، كما أنها تعاني من فشل كلوي، وبعد إجراء فحوصات تخطيط القلب والتصوير بالموجات الصوتية القلبية (ECHO) والتحاليل المخبرية، تم الكشف عن جلطات شديدة جداً في الشرايين الرئيسية والأمامية والخلفية للقلب، مع ارتفاع حاد في نسب الإنزيمات.

نقلت بعدها للعناية المركزة، مع وضعها تحت المراقبة الحثيثة وإعطائها أدوية تحفظية، حتى استقرت حالتها الصحية، ومن ثم استكمال الخطة العلاجية ، بإجراء عملية آخرى استغرقت ساعة ونصف تحت تصنيف " الإجراء عالي الخطورة"، وباستخدام جهاز المضخة القلبية الخارجية " Impella " ، حيث تم إجراء فتح للشريان الخلفي للقلب بالقسطرة، وإزالة الإنسدادات بالكامل، مع تركيب دعامات.
