بيان مشترك للاتحاد الأوروبي و5 دول حول تفعيل الممر البحري لتسليم المساعدات لغزة

بحث وزير خارجية قبرص كونستانتينوس كومبوس، مع كل من وزير الخارجية الأمريكي أنتوني بلينكن، ومفوض الاتحاد الأوروبي لإدارة الأزمات يانيز لينارتشيتش، ووزير الدولة البريطاني لشؤون الخارجية والكومنولث والتنمية ديفيد كاميرون، ووزير الخارجية الإماراتي الشيخ عبد الله بن زايد آل نهيان، ووزير الدولة القطري محمد بن عبدالعزيز الخليفي، وكبيرة منسقي الأمم المتحدة للشئون الإنسانية وإعادة الإعمار في غزة سيجريد كاج، في اجتماع وزاري تشاوري افتراضي، بشأن التخطيط لفتح ممر بحري يتيح تسليم المساعدات الإنسانية الإضافية التي تشتد الحاجة إليها إلى غزة عبر تفعيل ميناء بحري.
وقالت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية، في بيان مشترك: اتفق الوزراء على أنه لا بديل للطرق البرية عبر مصر والأردن والمعابر إلى غزة لإيصال المساعدات على نطاق واسع، كما اتفقوا على أن فتح ميناء أشدود أمام المساعدات الإنسانية سيستكمل الممر بشكل مهم ومرحب به.
والتزم الوزراء بمواصلة مشاركتهم وإرسال كبار المسئولين إلى قبرص خلال أسبوع 18 مارس لتلقي إيجازات مفصلة حول مواصلة تفعيل الممر، بما في ذلك جهود التخطيط العسكري الأمريكي لإنشاء رصيف مؤقت قادر على استقبال كميات كبيرة من المساعدات الإنسانية.
وسيجري كبار المسئولين أيضًا مشاورات حول إمكانية إنشاء صندوق مشترك لدعم الممر البحري وتنسيق المساهمات العينية والمالية لضمان استدامته.
وأعاد الوزراء التأكيد على أن هذا الممر البحري قادر – بل ويجب – أن يندرج ضمن جهود متواصلة لزيادة تدفق المساعدات الإنسانية والسلع التجارية إلى غزة عبر كل الطرق الممكنة، بما في ذلك الطرق البرية الموسعة وعمليات التسليم الجوي المتواصلة، وذلك من خلال العمل الوثيق مع المنسقة سيجريد كاج المكلفة بتسهيل تدفق المساعدات إلى غزة وتنسيقه ومراقبته والتحقق منه بموجب قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 2720.
وشدد الوزراء على ضرورة أن تفتح إسرائيل معابر إضافية لتتيح وصول المزيد من المساعدات إلى غزة، بما في ذلك شمال القطاع، وتخفيف القيود الجمركية الشاملة لتسهيل التدفق المتزايد للمساعدات الإنسانية المنقذة للحياة.
