وزير الري يتابع موقف تحديث منظومة إدارة المياه بمجموعة قناطر الدلتا

عقد الدكتور هانى سويلم وزير الموارد المائية والري إجتماعًا اليوم الجمعة، لمناقشة الدراسة المقترحة لتحديث منظومة إدارة المياه بمجموعة قناطر الدلتا .
وصرح الدكتور سويلم أن مجموعة قناطر الدلتا ذات أهمية خاصة حيث تُلبي إحتياجات الزراعة ومياه الشرب والصناعة والنقل للوجه البحري والقاهرة الكبرى ، وتضم مجموعة قناطر الدلتا قناطر فرعى دمياط ورشيد على نهر النيل ، وأفمام رياحات (البحيرى - الناصرى - المنوفى - التوفيقى) ، وأفمام ترع (الاسماعيلية - الباسوسية - الشرقاوية - النجايل - ابو المنجا) .
وأوضح أن الدراسة المقترحة تهدف لتحسين عملية التحكم في تصرفات المياه المارة من خلال مجموعة قناطر الدلتا ، وتحديث منظومة تشغيل بوابات القناطر وتحديد كفاءة التشغيل الحالية لبوابات القناطر ميكانيكياً وكهربائياً ، والربط الآلى بين مجموعة قناطر الدلتا ، ودراسة الحالة الإنشائية لمجموعه القناطر ، وتقييم الحالة البيئية للمجموعة ، ودراسة مدى إمكانية الإستفادة من التصرفات المارة بالقناطر في توليد الكهرباء .
وسوف تتضمن الدراسة عمل معاينات تفصيلية للأجزاء المدنية والكهروميكانيكية للقناطر ، وتنفيذ عدد من الإختبارات، وعمل رفع مساحى لمنطقة الأمام والخلف لمجموعة القناطر، وإنشاء نماذج هيدروليكية رياضية وطبيعية لدراسة البدائل المختلفة للوصول للتصميم النهائي للتطوير المطلوب تنفيذه ، ودراسة سيناريوهات التشغيل هيدروليكياً في حالات مختلفة وتأثيرها على ثبات وأمان القناطر .
الجدير بالذكر أن أعمال تحديث منظومة إدارة المياه بمجموعة قناطر الدلتا تأتى ضمن مشروعات تحديث وتأهيل وصيانة منشآت الري التي تقوم الوزارة بتنفيذها بمختلف محافظات الجمهورية، وذلك ضمن أعمال الخطة الإستراتيجية لإحلال وتجديد المنشآت المائية الكبرى على نهر النيل وفرعيه والرياحات والترع الرئيسية التابعة لقطاع الخزانات، والتي تهدف لمتابعة حالة القناطر بكافة مكوناتها وإتخاذ أى قرارات تتعلق بإحلال وتجديد وصيانة هذه القناطر والأهوسة الملحقة بها.
تم عقد الاجتماع بحضور كل من المهندس إيهاب الجوهرى رئيس قطاع الخزانات والقناطر الكبرى، والدكتور أحمد مدحت رئيس القطاع المشرف على مكتب الوزير، و الدكتور محمد رشدى مساعد الوزير للمشروعات القومية، والدكتورة تهانى سليط مساعد الوزير للتعاون الدولي، والدكتور عز الدين كامل معاون الوزير لمنشآت الري.
