وكانت نسخة عام 2024 قد استقطبت أكثر من 7000 زائر من مختلف القطاعات، وشهدت حضوراً واسعاً من الجهات الحكومية والخاصة برعاية معالي وزير التجارة الدكتور ماجد القصبي. ويتطلع منتدى 2025 إلى استقطاب خبراء عالميين وشركات رائدة لتقديم برامج متخصصة تُسهم في تطوير بيئة تجربة العميل في المملكة والمنطقة.
