على هامش فعاليات LEAP KSA، أعلنت تيك توك وإنجاز العرب و إنجاز السعودية عن توقيع شراكة استراتيجية لزيادة الوعي بمهارات التوظيف الأساسية من خلال إطلاق مبادرات رائدة تهدف إلى إلهام مليوني شاب سعودي وتزويدهم بمهارات التوظيف وريادة الأعمال اللازمة، بما يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030. وقد تم تصميم هذه المبادرات، التي تتضمن مزيجًا ديناميكيًا من الأنشطة الافتراضية وأخرى وجها لوجه، لإلهام طلاب المدارس الثانوية والجامعات لاستكشاف المسارات الوظيفية المختلفة والانخراط في العمل الريادي.

ويهدف التعاون أيضًا إلى إنشاء ما لا يقل عن 50 مشروع طُلابي عبر الجامعات، والتي ستتنافس بعد ذلك على نطاق المملكة للحصول على "جائزة شركة العام". وسيتأهل الفريق الفائز بعد ذلك إلى المسابقة الإقليمية، الحدث الرئيسي لإنجاز العرب "احتفالية ريادة الأعمال للشباب"، والذي سيجمع طلابًا من 13 دولة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
