توجيه قرابة 320 ألف مستفيد من منحة البطالة لمناصب عمل

كشف وزير العمل والتشغيل والضمان الاجتماعي, فيصل بن طالب, اليوم الاثنين, أن قرابة 320 ألف من العدد الإجمالي للمستفيدين من جهاز البطالة، والبالغ مليوني (2) شخص, قد تم توجيههم إلى عالم الشغل حيث استفاد 30 ألف منهم من مناصب عمل قارة.
وأوضح الوزير في منتدى الإذاعة الجزائرية أن “حوالي 320 ألف من المستفيدين من جهاز البطالة الذي يضم مليوني شخص، قد تم توجيههم إلى عالم الشغل.
ووأشار بن طالب الى أن 30 ألف منهم استفادوا من مناصب عمل قارة, كما تم تكوين 117 ألف مستفيد وفق احتياجات السوق”.
وبخصوص توسيع قاعدة المشتركين في صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي, لفت بن طالب إلى وجود “زيادة في نسبة أرباب العمل المشتركين تقدر بأزيد من 14,1 بالمائة بين سنتي 2021 و2023, أي ما يعادل 53847 منتسب جديد خلال هذه الفترة التي شهدت ركودا اقتصاديا وأزمة صحية عالمية”.
وأكد في هذا الصدد أن هذه الاحصائيات “تعكس وجود إعادة تشكيل للقاعدة الاقتصادية في الجزائر لتبنى على نظام شفاف وعادل, بحيث تلتزم بمسؤولياتها تجاه الضمان الاجتماعي وتخلق علاقة ثقة بين أرباب العمل ومؤسسات الدولة”.
الحماية الاجتماعية في الجزائر “مكرسة دستوريا”من جانب آخر، أشار الوزير الى أن الحماية الاجتماعية في الجزائر “مكرسة دستوريا وأخذت حيزا هاما من التزامات رئيس الجمهورية, عبد المجيد تبون”.
واضاف بهذا الشأن أن “الإحصائيات التي تقدمها الجمعية الدولية للضمان الاجتماعي تؤكد أن الجزائر توجد في المراتب الأولى من حيث نسبة التغطية الاجتماعية التي بلغت حوالي 77 بالمائة”, معتبرا أنها “نسبة مشرفة مقارنة بدول أخرى”.
ولفت الوزير إلى أن التزام الجزائر في مجال الحماية الاجتماعية “جوهري, حيث تغطي جميع المخاطر المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية الدولية للضمان الاجتماعي, علاوة على المنحة عن البطالة الناجمة عن سوء الأحوال الجوية التي تقدمها للمقاولين العاملين في مجال الري والأشغال العمومية, حيث يستفيد أرباب العمل من امتيازات لتغطية العجز بسبب البطالة خلال تلك الفترة”.
وفيما يتعلق برقمنة القطاع, أكد الوزير أن “الحوكمة تستدعي التسيير الرقمي”, مبرزا أن قطاعه يتوفر على “أزيد من 100 خدمة موجهة للمواطن عبر البوابة الالكترونية”.
وبخصوص الجيل الثاني من بطاقة الشفاء, أكد السيد بن طالب وجود “أزيد من 30 مليون مستفيد من هذه البطاقة الذكية المتطورة, حيث تحتفظ بأكثر من 40 وصفة طبية وأزيد من 400 دواء للمؤمن لهم اجتماعيا”, معتبرا إياها “مكسبا هاما للمواطنين”.
