هل يستطيع مريض السكر الصيام؟.. استشاري باللجنة الطبية العليا يجيب

وجه الدكتور محمد جميل، استشاري الباطنة باللجنة الطبية العليا والاستغاثات برئاسة مجلس الوزراء، مجموعة من الإرشادات لمرضى السكر خلال شهر رمضان، منها مراجعة الطبيب، لكي يحدد للمريض في أي فصيل أو مجموعة يستطيع الصوم أم لا.
هل يستطيع مريض السكر الصيام؟وخلال فيديو جرى بثه على الصفحة الرسمية لمركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار، بعنوان «هل يستطيع مريض السكر الصيام»، أكد استشاري البباطنة أن مرضى السكر مقسمين إلى 3 أجزاء، وهي:
- الأول: يكون الصيام بالنسبة له خطر، وبالتالي لا يجب له الصيام، لأنه يعتمد على الأنسولين بجرعات كبيرة أو يأخذ الأنسولين أكثر من 3 مرات في اليوم، وسكره غير منضبط، وكل هذا يقيم قبل بداية شهر رمضان.
- النوع الثاني: مريض السكر الذي يصوم، لكن بمحاذير معينه ويجرى الاتفاق مع الطبيب المعالج له.
- القسم الثالث: مرضى السكر الخفيف ويستطيع أداء صيام آمن.
ضرورة مراجعة الطبيبوأشار استشاري الباطنة إلى أن مريض السكر أيا كان نوعه أو مدة إصابته بالسكر، عليه مراجعة طبيبه قبل شهر رمضان الكريم، لكي يحدد في أي فصيل أو مجموعة يستطيع الصوم أم لا.

وسيناقش أعضاء المؤتمر آخر المستجدات والأبحاث في طب العناية المركزة، بالإضافة إلى حزمة من قضايا التخصص المختارة بعناية، كالتحديات في مجال سلامة المرضى، وتوفير بيئة آمنة للرعاية الصحية، ومناقشة آلية تحسين وتقوية البيئة الخاصة بأفضل إجراءات سلامة المرضى بالعناية الحرجة، وسبل الإرتقاء بمستوى العناية الطبية الفائقة، والنظرة المستقبلية للعناية الحرجة المتوافقة مع رؤية المملكة 2030 الطموحة، وغيرها من الموضوعات الهامة.
ويستهدف هذا المؤتمر الأطباء والممارسين والأكاديميين الصحيين والمختصين بالعناية الحرجة، وممرضات وحدات العناية المركزة، ومعالجي الجهاز التنفسي، من أجل إتاحة الفرصة لتبادل الأفكار والرؤى، حول المستجدات الحديثة في طب العناية المركزة التي توصل لها الأطباء لمشاركتها مع الحضور، مما سينعكس ايجاباً على مستوى الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمرضى.
وسيصاحب هذا المؤتمر معرض متخصص يشارك فيه عدداً من كبريات الشـركات الطبية العالمية في تقنيات وأجهزة العناية الحرجة.
