تمكن عناصر من الدفاع المدني، وبعد جهودٍ مضنية، من انقاذ مواطنة اصيبت جراء تدهور سيارتها في منحدر على طريق عام فتقا - كسروان، ما أدى إلى تعرضها لاصابات عدة. وقد استعان العناصر بالحبال ومعدات خاصة بعمليات الانقاذ للتمكن من الوصول إليها واخراجها بطريقة آمنة. كما وعملوا على نقلها الى مستشفى سيدة لبنان في جونية للمعالجة.
