قرار عاجل من التعليم بشأن صرف الإعانات لحالات التربية الخاصة

أكدت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني أنها قد رصدت قيام بعض مسئولي شئون الطلبة بإحدى المديريات التعليمية بتعميم تعليمات خاطئة خاصة بصرف الإعانات لحالات التربية الخاصة ، مما أثار بلبلة بين أولياء الأمور على مستوى الجمهورية .
وقالت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني : أن الصرف لأصحاب الهمم يتم في ضوء الأبحاث الاجتماعية المعدة ، في ضوء الكتاب الدوري 40 لسنة 2023 ، وأن يكون طالب الصرف من الفئات الفقيرة والمحتاجة حيث أنهم ليسوا مشاركين في صندوق التأمين الحكومي لرعاية طلاب مدارس مصر وغير مسددين لاشتراكه ، حيث أنهم معفيين من سديد المصروفات الدراسية
كما شددت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني على أنه بالنسبة لطلاب الدمج فهم أيضا لا يستحقون صرف الإعانة من صندوق التأمين الحكومي لرعاية طلاب مدارس مصر إلا بكارنيه الخدمات المتكاملة ، ويكون من الفئات الفقيرة والمحتاجة للإعانة حيث أنها اعانة تصرف من الصندوق دون اشتراك للمحتاجين فقط وليس لكل التربية الفكرية او الدمج
وكانت قد أعلنت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، بتفاصيل عمل صندوق التأمين الحكومي لرعاية طلاب مدارس مصر، والخدمات التي نقدمها للطلاب من تعويضات للأمراض المزمنة والعمليات الجراحية والوفيات الطبيعية أو بحادث والعجز الكلى والجزئي واعانة أصحاب الهمم.
وأوضحت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني ، في خطاب رسمي أرسلته لمديريات التربية والتعليم على مستوى الجمهورية ، تفاصيل صندوق التأمين الحكومي لرعاية طلاب مدارس مصر والخدمات التي يتم تقديمها للطلاب :
في حالة الوفاة بحادث داخل المدرسة او اثناء الذهاب والعودة يتم صرف تعويض مبلغ عشرون الف جنيه.في حالة الوفاه الطبيعية يتم صرف مبلغ عشرة الاف جنيه.في حالة العجز الكلى يتم صرف قيمة التأمين .في حالة العجز الجزئي يتم الصرف حسب نسبة العجز .العمليات الجراحية يتم مساهمة الصندوق حسب كل عملية.في حالة الامراض المزمنة يتم صرف مبلغ اعانه علاج 2000 جنيه.أصحاب الهمم يتم صرف اعانه لهم مبلغ الف وخمسمائة جنيه مرة واحدة فقطفي جميع الأحوال يتم الصرف طبقاً للمستندات المرفقة على أن تعتمد المستندات من الإدارة التعليمية والأبحاث الاجتماعية من اللجنة المشكلة.

ويبدأ التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية اعتبارًا من يوم الجمعة 07 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 07 مارس 2025م، للمتقدمين وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 12 رمضان 1446 هـ الموافق 12 مـارس 2025، وللمتقدمات يوم الجمعة بتاريخ 14 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 14مارس 2025م، وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 19 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 19 مارس 2025م، وذلك وفقًا للائحة التنفيذية للموارد البشرية في الخدمة المدنية.
أخبار متعلقة ”تجاوبكم محدود“.. البيئة تخاطب التجار بشأن الإعفاءات الجمركيةاللهابه.. رفع 1100 طن نفايات وأنقاض ضمن استعدادها لشهر رمضانوتفصيلًا, تأتي الوظائف التعليمية المعلنة على رتبة (معلم ممارس) في عددٍ من التخصصات بما يغطي حاجة المدارس من المعلمين والمعلمات، بعد استيفاء متطلبات التقديم، واجتياز معايير المفاضلة، وسيتم إعلان الترشيح المبدئي يوم الأحد 23 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 23 مارس 2025م، وإجراء المقابلات الشخصية ومطابقة الوثائق لشغل الوظـائف التعليمية يوم الثلاثاء 01 ذو القعدة 1446هـ الموافق 29 أبريل 2025 م، وذلك في مقرات إدارات التعليم العامة التي تم ترشيحهم عليها، فيما ستبدأ مرحلة إعلان نتائج الترشيح النهائي للمتقدمين والمتقدمات يوم الأحد 02 صفر 1447هـ، الموافق 27 يوليو 2025م بعد استيفاء مسوغات ومتطلبات اجتياز شغل الوظيفة وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة لدى الإدارات العامة للتعليم.
وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
