ولي العهد: إتمام نقل 8%من إجمالي أسهم "أرامكو" إلى محافظ شركات صندوق الاستثمارات العامة /عاجل

أعلن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء رئيس مجلس الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنمية رئيس مجلس إدارة صندوق الاستثمارات العامة - حفظه الله -، عن إتمام نقل 8% من إجمالي الأسهم المصدرة لشركة الزيت العربية السعودية (أرامكو السعودية)، وذلك من ملكية الدولة إلى محافظ شركات مملوكة بالكامل لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، وبذلك تصبح نسبة الأسهم المملوكة للدولة بعد عملية النقل 82.

186 % من إجمالي أسهم الشركة.
وأشار سموّه إلى أن نقل ملكية جزء من أسهم الدولة في شركة أرامكو السعودية يأتي مواصلة لمبادرات المملكة الهادفة لتعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني على المدى الطويل، وتنويع موارده، وإتاحة المزيد من الفرص الاستثمارية، بما يتوافق مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، وبأن عملية النقل تساهم في تعظيم أصول صندوق الاستثمارات العامة وزيادة عوائده الاستثمارية، الأمر الذي يعزز مركز الصندوق المالي القوي، وتصنيفه الائتماني.
