"مجموعة طلعت مصطفى" و"مجموعة المهيدب" تطلقان شراكة إستراتيجية

أعلنت مجموعة طلعت مصطفى، المطوِّر العمرانيّ الأبرز في جمهورية مصر العربيَّة، وشريكها الإستراتيجيّ مجموعة المهيدب، عن تأسيس وإطلاق شركة مجموعة طلعت مصطفى السعوديَّة للتطوير العمرانيّ.

ووقَّع الاتفاقيةَ كلٌّ من الأستاذ/ هشام طلعت مصطفى، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لمجموعة طلعت مصطفى القابضة، والأستاذ/ عصام بن عبد القادر المهيدب، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة المهيدب، وذلك بحضور الأستاذ/ سليمان بن عبد القادر المهيدب، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة المهيدب.
وبهذه المناسبة، قال الأستاذ/ هشام طلعت مصطفى، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لمجموعة طلعت مصطفى القابضة: "سُعداء بأن تكون للمجموعة بصمةٌ جديدةٌ في المملكة العربيَّة السعوديَّة، بما يعكس رؤيتنا، ويُعزِّز سعينا نحو إقامة المزيد من المدن الذكيَّة المستدامة ذات الأسلوب العصريّ، مستندين بذلك على خبرتنا الممتدَّة على مدار أكثر من خمسين سنة".
وأضاف الأستاذ/ هشام طلعت: "نحن متحمِّسون للشراكة مع مجموعة المهيدب في تنفيذ مجموعةٍ من المشاريع العمرانيَّة القادمة، والتي نسعى من خلالها إلى رفع جودة المعيشة، وبناء مجتمعاتٍ نابضةٍ بالحياة".
من جانبه، قال الأستاذ/ سليمان بن عبد القادر المهيدب، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة المهيدب: "متفائلون جدًّا بهذه الشراكة الإستراتيجيَّة مع مجموعة طلعت مصطفى، والتي نهدف من خلالها لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في بناء المدن الذكيَّة وبُناها التحتيَّة، وتعزيز دور المجموعة في تنمية قطاع التطوير العقاريّ، وقطاع الإنشاءات، ودعم حركة الاقتصاد الوطنيّ في المملكة".
وأضاف الأستاذ/ سليمان المهيدب: "نتطلع لأن تكون مدينة بنان أيقونةً عمرانيَّةً متكاملةً بالعاصمة الرياض، ضمن بيئةٍ متطوِّرةٍ ومبتكرةٍ وصديقةٍ للبيئة، ترتقي بمستوى جودة الحياة لسكّانها من المواطنين والمقيمين، وتعكس أفضل معايير الرفاهية والأمان، وأن تكون المدينة الجديدة نموذجًا مُشرِّفًا للتنمية العقاريَّة والابتكار بما يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030".
ومن الجدير بالذكر أن "مجموعة المهيدب" هي شركةٌ استثماريَّةٌ سعوديَّةٌ، مقرُّها الرئيسي بالدمام، وأسَّسها الشيخ عبد القادر المهيدب "رحمه الله" في عام 1943م. وتنشط أعمالها في قطاعات العقارات، وقطاع الخدمات المصرفيَّة، والمنتجات الغذائيَّة والاستهلاكيَّة والصناعة والبنية التحتيَّة، ومواد البناء والمقاولات، على سبيل المثال: شركة ميار للأغذية، شركة ثبات للإنشاءات، شركة مصدر لمواد البناء، مجموعة صافولا، شركة أبيات، شركة رؤية للاستثمار، شركة أكوا باور، ومجموعة كابلات الرياض.
ووفقًا لهذه الشراكة، سيتم تطوير أول مشروع، وهو "مدينة بنان الجديدة" على مساحة 10 ملايين متر مربع، منها 40% مساحات خضراء مفتوحة. وسيكون المشروع متعدِّد الاستخدامات، حيث يضمُّ ٢٧ ألف وحدةٍ سكنيَّةٍ بين الفلل والشقق بمساحاتٍ وتصاميم متنوِّعة، وخدماتٍ متكاملةٍ مثل: الخدمات الصحيَّة والتعليميَّة والتجاريَّة، ونادٍ رياضيّ، ومناطق خدماتٍ عامةٍ وغيرها.
كما تمَّ تكليف عددٍ من المكاتب الاستشاريَّة العالميَّة لوضع مُخطَّطٍ متكاملٍ للمشروع يراعي التطوُّرات في التصاميم المعماريَّة؛ لتواكب التطوُّرات العمرانية الحالية والمستقبلية.
