"رافال للتطوير العقاري" تطلق أولى مشاريع العيش المشترك (Co-living) في الرياض

أطلقت شركة رافال للتطوير العقاري رسميًا أولى مشاريع مفهوم العيش المشترك (Co-living) في مدينة الرياض بالشراكة مع Hive Coliv، الشركة الرائدة في مجال توفير حلول العيش المشترك ومقرها دبي. ويأتي هذا التعاون الغير مسبوق لتقديم حلول سكنية تلبي احتياجات الشباب السعودي والموظفين الوافدين الى المملكة، وذلك لمواكبة وتغطية الشح في المعروض في ظل انتقال اكثر من 200 مقر اقليمي للشركات العالمية الى الرياض.

وأقيم حفل التدشين بحضور وتمثيل رفيع المستوى من قبل الجانبين، وافتتح المشروع بحضور سعادة المهندس محمد سعيد الشحي مدير عام مكتب سمو الشيخ أحمد بن راشد آل مكتوم والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أحمد بن راشد آل مكتوم القابضة وهي الشركة المالكة ل Hive Coliv، وأشاد سعادته بأهمية هذه الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين رافال الرائدة في التطوير العقاري و Hive Coliv المتخصصة في إدارة وتشغيل المشاريع المختصة بحلول معيشة مبتكرة.
