أمير الشرقية يرعى اتفاقية لاستثمار أول وجهة سياحية في العالم مستوحاة من منصات النفط البحرية بالخليج العربي

رعى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية ، في مكتب سموه بديوان الإمارة اليوم الأحد ، توقيع اتفاقية بين أمانة المنطقة الشرقية وشركة THE RIG التابعة لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة لاستثمار مشروع THERIG.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية سعياً لتفعيل واستثمار الأنشطة البحرية وتطوير وجهات سياحية وترفيهية فريدة من نوعها.

وتضمنت الاتفاقية الاستثمارية إنشاء وتطوير وتشغيل وصيانة محطة للسياح والزوار ومرسى لليخوت والطائرات المائية ومهابط هليكوبتر وعدد من الانشطة المساندة لخدمة المشروع ، حيث يعتبر أول وجهة سياحية في العالم مستوحاة من منصات النفط البحرية بالخليج العربي مما يجعل المشروع فريد من نوعه على مستوى العالم حيث يشتمل على منصة بحرية وسط الخليج العربي ومحطات بكورنيش الدمام بالمركز الحضاري وكورنيش الجبيل والمشروع الرئيسي هو منصة وسط الخليج العربي بالقرب من جزيرة الجريد يتضمن فنادق ومدن العاب متنوعة ورياضات وانشطة بحرية ومغامرات متنوعة والمحطات تتضمن مرافق لخدمة الزوار والسياح ومهابط للطائرات العامودية ومرسى للطائرات المائية واليخوت والمنصة تشتمل على 3 فنادق و 11 مطعم وسيشكل المشروع نقلة نوعية بالترفيه والسياحة والانشطة البحرية ووسائل النقل بما يدعم عناصر جودة الحياة.
حيث تُسهم هذه الاتفاقية في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في الرفع من جودة الحياة وتنمية وتنويع الاقتصاد.
من جانبه، أكّد معالي أمين المنطقة الشرقية المهندس فهد بن محمد الجبير، أن هذه الاتفاقية الاستثمارية جاءت ضمن الجهود التكاملية بين الجهات، فيما يحقّق رفع مستوى الخدمات المقدمة، وفق رؤية المملكة 2030، مشيراً إلى أن التعاون المشترك والمستمر بين القطاعات له أهمية ودور مثمر، لتحقيق الرؤى والوصول إلى الأهداف الإستراتيجية المشتركة.
وشدّد الجبير على حرص أمانة المنطقة الشرقية على استثمار المزايا النسبية للمنطقة والتعاون مع الشركات التابعة لصندوق الاستثمارات و كافة القطاعات لتقديم الخدمات التي تصب في مصلحة المواطنين والمقيمين، وتلبي حاجتهم بتقديم مختلف الخدمات لتطوير وتنمية المنطقة، بما يتماشى مع تطلعات القيادة الرشيدة، وتوجيهات سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية، وسمو نائبه -حفظهما الله-.
ولفت الجبير إلى أن أمانة المنطقة الشرقية قامت بطرح وتنفيذ عديدٍ من المشاريع الاستثمارية المميزة والنوعية، بالتعاون مع القطاعات المختلفة فيما يخص التنمية والفرص الاستثمارية، التي من شأنها تنمية المنطقة سياحيًا واقتصاديًا وتوفير الوظائف بما يحقق جودة الحياة فيها.
بدوره، ذكر الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة المهندس رائد نعيم بخرجي أن رعاية سمو أمير المنطقة لهذه الاتفاقية الاستثمارية خير داعم للمشروع الذي يعتبر الأول من نوعه حيث تُسهم هذه الاتفاقية الاستثمارية مع أمانة المنطقة الشرقية في تنمية وتنويع الاقتصاد، وتعظيم الفائدة من الموقع بالتكامل والشراكة مع الأمانة بما يحقق اهداف رؤية السعودية 2030.
