مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُنهي معاناة خمسينية مع مضاعفات ورم سرطاني نشط منتشر بالرقبة والغدد اللمفاوية

تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، من إجراء عملية جراحية معقدة لإستئصال ورم سرطاني من النوع "النشط"، منتشر في رقبة مريضة تبلغ من العمر 53 عاماً، وذلك بعد معاناة طويلة مع الألم في منطقة أسفل الرقبة وصعوبة التنفس والبلع، وتضخم الغدد اللمفاوية. ذكر ذلك الدكتور فاضل الحرز استشاري الجراحة العامة والغدد الصماء الحاصل على الزمالة النيوزلندية والاسترالية رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

والذي أضاف بأنه عند وصول المريضة للمستشفى والسماع لشكواها والإطلاع على تاريخها المرضي، وكذلك إجراء الفحص السريري، تبين أنها أجرت سابقاً عملية استئصال ورم بالغدة الدرقية منذ ما يقارب 8 سنوات بمستشفى آخر، وعقب مرور 5 سنوات من تلك الجراحة لاحظت المريضة تغيرات في منطقة الرقبة، وهو ما دفعها للذهاب إلى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر لإجراء الفحوصات التشخيصية، وذلك خوفاً من عودة الورم لها مرة ثانية.
أخبار متعلقة بالتفاصيل.. ضبط شخصين من مدعي الطب في الجوف وتبوكحائل.. مهرجان "جادة الإبل" يحتفي بالخط الثموديمفيداً بأنه عند إخضاعها لفحوصات دقيقة بالأشعة النووية والتصوير الطبقي المحوري، وعدداً من التحاليل المخبرية، أبانت النتائج وجود ورم بطول 3 سم ونصف، من النوع السرطاني النشط، منتشر أسفل الرقبة بالجهتين اليمنى واليسرى ومتشابك مع الأوعية الدموية والأعصاب والشرايين، وبعد التأكد من عدم انتشار الورم في أماكن أخرى بالجسم، تم تكوين فريق طبي من استشاريي الجراحة العامة وجراحات الغدد الصماء والتخدير لدراسة الحالة، وتقرر استئصال الورم قبل انتشاره بالجسم.
مشيراً إلى أن العملية استغرقت 8 ساعات متواصلة تحت التخدير العام، تم فيها استخدام جهاز مراقبة الأعصاب، لتحرير الورم من التصاقاته بالأوعية الدموية والأعصاب والشرايين، ومن ثم استئصاله بشكل كامل مع الغدد اللمفاوية المركزية والجانبية في كلا الجهتين، نقلت بعدها المريضة للتنويم.
