خادم الحرمين الشريفين يصدر أمرًا ملكيًا بتسمية 12 قاضياً أعضاءً في المحكمة العليا

أصدر خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود - حفظه الله - أمرًا ملكيًا بتسمية 12 من القضاة الذين يشغلون درجة ( رئيس محكمة استئناف)، أعضاءً في المحكمة العليا، وهم: سليمان بن عبدالله بن سليمان التويجري، وإبراهيم بن عبدالرحمن بن ناجي آل عتيق، وبدر بن صالح بن مناحي السعد، وعمر بن علي بن محمد الحمد، وإبراهيم بن حبيب بن مسفر آل فهيد، ومحمد بن عبدالعزيز بن محمد آل فواز، وفهد بن أحمد بن عبدالعزيز السلامه، وعبدالمحسن بن علي بن إبراهيم الفقيه، وأحمد بن صالح بن براهيم المحيميد، وحجاب بن عايض بن سفير العتيبي، ومحمد بن سليمان بن إبراهيم الفهيد، وعبداللطيف بن محمد بن عبدالله السبيل.
وثمن وزير العدل رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني ما يجده المرفق العدلي من دعم واهتمام خادم الحرمين الشريفين، وسمو ولي عهده الأمين – حفظهما الله -.
وأكد أن الأمر الملكي الكريم يأتي دعماً للمحكمة العليا لمباشرة أعمالها المنصوص عليها في نظام القضاء ونظامي المرافعات الشرعية والإجراءات الجزائية.
بدوره، رفع رئيس المحكمة العليا الشيخ الدكتور خالد بن عبدالله اللحيدان، وأصحاب الفضيلة الأعضاء، الشكر لخادم الحرمين الشريفين، وسمو ولي عهده الأمين، على هذه الثقة الكريمة، مؤكدين عزمهم على الاستمرار في العمل الدؤوب والإسهام في تحقيق تطلعات القيادة الحكيمة في مرفق القضاء.

وأضاف د. الشهري أن الفريق الطبي درس ملف الحالة، وخلص إلى أن هناك ضرورة لاستبدال الصمام، وبالفعل تم إخضاع المراجع لعملية أجريت عبر تقنية القسطرة القلبية، تحت التخدير الخفيف، وتم الدخول عن طريق الشريان الفخذي الأيمن، واستبدال الصمام المتضيق باستخدام صمام بمقاس "29" مم، ومضت العملية، بسلاسة ووفقاً للخطة العلاجية ودون أية مضاعفات، وانتهت ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، ونقل المراجع إلى العناية القلبية لمدة "24" ساعة، ثم لجناح التنويم حيث بقى فيه قيد الرعاية الطبية الحثيثة لمد"48" ساعة، إلى أن غادر المستشفى بحالة صحية ونفسية جيدة، على أن يتم معاينته في العيادة القلبية خلال أسبوع لإستكمال العلاج والمتابعة.
