دشن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية في مكتب سموه بديوان الإمارة اليوم الإثنين مركز نوبكو اللوجستي ، بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة نوبكو الأستاذ فهد الشبل والرئيس التنفيذي لتجمع الشرقية الصحي الدكتور عبدالعزيز الغامدي ومدير عام الشؤون الصحية بالمنطقة الشرقية الأستاذ فارس الهمزاني ، وذلك استكمالًا لمشروع نوبكو في إنشاء شبكة مراكز لوجستية لتغطية جميع مناطق المملكة.

واوضح الأستاذ فهد الشبل أن شركة "نوبكو" في إطار سعيها لتطوير سلاسل الإمداد الطبية في المملكة، وتعزيز كفاءة الخدمات اللوجستية المقدمة للقطاع الصحي، لضمان وصول الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية إلى جميع المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية في الوقت المناسب وبأعلى جودة.
وقال الشبل " تبلغ مساحة مركز نوبكو اللوجستي بالدمام 47 ألف متر مربع، وتبلغ سعة تخزينه 45 ألف طبلية و 31 ألف رف تخزيني، كما تم تجهيز المركز بـ 40 أسطول نقل متكامل، لضمان سرعة وكفاءة توزيع الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية على 50 مستشفى و 238 مركز صحي و 18 مركز للمختبرات الإقليمية والتخصصية في المنطقة الشرقية ، حيث تعمل الشركة على توسيع شبكة مراكزها اللوجستية لتغطية جميع مناطق المملكة، وذلك إيمانًا منها بأهمية هذا المشروع في دعم القطاع الصحي وتحقيق رؤية السعودية 2030. ويُذكر أن "نوبكو" وقد دشنت خلال الفترة الماضية عدة مراكز لوجستية في كل من الباحة والقصيم والمدينة المنورة، كما تخطط لتدشين المزيد من المراكز في مختلف مناطق المملكة خلال الفترة القادمة امتدادًا لخطتها التوسعية.
