تسير شركة دله للخدمات الصحية «دله الصحية» باستراتيجية واضحة و طموحة لتكــون المــزود الأفضل لخدمــات الرعايــة الصحيــة لجميــع المواطنيــن والمقيميــن فــي المملكــة، و لتعزز من مكانة المملكة كوجهــة ســياحية طبيــة عالمية، يدفعها في ذلك اهتمامهــا وشــغفها ومحافظتها على أعلــى معاييــر الجودة في تقديم الخدمات وسلامة المرضى.

أخبار متعلقة شؤون الحرمين: حزم من الخدمات تقدم للقاصدين خلال موسم رمضانالشؤون الإسلامية.. برنامج الوسطية والاعتدال لطلاب المنح بالجامعة الإسلاميةوفي إطار هذه الاستراتيجية وضمن رؤية التوسع والانتشار في مختلف مدن المملكة العربية السعودية، يأتي توقيع مذكرة التفاهم مع شركة أيان للاستثمار لشراء حصصها في كل من؛ شركة الأحساء للخدمات الطبية - المالكة لمستشفى الأحساء بالأحساء - والبالغة (%97.4) من رأسمال الشركة، وشركة السلام للخدمات الطبية - المالكة لمستشفى السلام بالخبر - والبالغة (%100) من رأسمال الشركة ، ضمن إطار الشراكات الاستراتيجية والاستحواذات التي تستهدفها «دله الصحية» للتوسع، حيث سيسهم ذلك بدوره في تعزيز الوصول الجغرافي لخدمات الشركة، ورفع كفاءة الخدمات الطبية، و تطوير منظومة خدماتها للرعاية الصحية.
كما أعلنت سابقاً «دله الصحية» عن توقيع إحدى استثمارتها (شركة المركز الطبي الدولي) اتفاقية مع شركة دار الهندسة وذلك لتصميم مشروع مستشفى متكامل جديد في شمال مدينة جدة يضم مختلف التخصصات الطبية.
الجدير بالذكر أن شركة دله للخدمات الصحية تمتلك ما نسبته 27.18% من رأسمال شركة المركز الطبي الدولي، التي تمتلك مستشفى المركز الطبي الدولي وكذلك مجمع العيادة الأولى بمدينة جدة، بالإضافة إلى مشروع العيادات التخصصية ومركز جراحة اليوم الواحد بمكة المكرمة المتوقع افتتاحه في الربع الأخير من عام 2024، مما يساهم في تعزيز استراتيجية دله الصحية في تعظيم ريادتها الطبية بالقطاع الخاص من خلال التوسع في استثماراتها في قطاع الخدمات الصحية في أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية، والمساهمة الفعالة في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 لنهضة قطاع الرعاية الصحية.
