9 اختصاصات لـ "مجلس إدارة" صندوق مواجهة الطوارئ الطبية

حددَّ قانون "صندوق مواجهة الطوارئ الطبية" اختصاصات مجلس إدارة الصندوق، حيث نص على أن مجلس الإدارة هو السلطة المسؤولة عن شئونه، وتصريف أموره، وإدارة الأعمال والأنشطة التي يتولاها، وله أن يتخذ ما يراه لازمًا من قرارات لتحقيق أغراضه، وعلى الأخص ما يأتي:
اختصاصات مجلس إدارة صندوق مواجهة الطوارئ الطبية
1- الإشراف على تنفيذ السياسات العامة والخطط الرئيسية التي يقرها مجلس الأمناء.
2- الإشراف على سير العمل بالصندوق ومراجعة الموقف المالي له بصفة دورية لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التي أنشئ من أجلها.
3- اعتماد التدخلات الطبية التي تساهم فيها موارد الصندوق.
4- اعتماد الهيكل التنظيمي للصندوق وجداول الوظائف به.
5- الموافقة على قبول الهبات والتبرعات والمنح التي تُقدم للصندوق.
6- اقتراح اللوائح المالية والإدارية والفنية للصندوق ولوائح شؤون العاملين والتعاقدات والمشتريات، وغيرها من النظم الداخلية دون التقيد بالقوانين أو اللوائح أو القرارات المعمول بها في الجهاز الإدارى للدولة أو في أي جهة أخرى.
7- إعداد مشروع الموازنة السنوية والحساب الختامي للصندوق وعرضهما على مجلس الأمناء.
8- اعتماد قائمة الأمراض الوراثية والنادرة التي يقدم لها الصندوق الدعم المالي اللازم للعلاج.
9- وضع واعتماد قواعد المساهمة التي يتحملها الصندوق لعلاج المرضى المصابين بالأمراض الوراثية والنادرة، وذلك دون الإخلال بحكم المادة (16) من هذا القانون.
