برلماني: وزارة العمل حققت طفرة في الحفاظ على حقوق العمال بالداخل والخارج

أكد محمود البرعي، عضو مجلس النواب، أنّ وزارة العمل حققت طفرة كبيرة، خلال الفترة الأخيرة، في الحفاظ على حقوق العمالة المصرية، سواء بالداخل أو الخارج، من خلال الرقابة والمتابعة الكبيرة من وزير العمل.
وأشاد البرعي، في بيان له، بتطبيق وزارة العمل المنظومة الإلكترونية للعمالة غير المنتظمة؛ للتسهيل على المقاولين وأصحاب الأعمال والشركات الوسيطة في إجراءات تسجيل البيانات، بعد إطلاق البث الأول للمنصة الإلكترونية للعمالة غير المنتظمة، والتي تهدف إلى تقديم خدمات لتلك الفئة إلكترونيًّا، وذلك من كل جوانبها «المالية والفنية وقواعد البيانات».
وأوضح البرعي، أنّ وزير العمل حسن شحاتة، لا يعتمد على التقارير المكتبية في متابعة كل الامور المتعلقة بالعمالة المصرية، حيث حرص على التواجد خلال الاختبارات العمالة المصرية المسافرة لموسم الحج، وهو الأمر الذي يساهم في التزام شركات إلحاق العمالة بالخارج، والعِمالة، بكل الشروط والإجراءات الرسمية.
وأشاد البرعي بالجهود الكبيرة التي تبذلها وزارة العمل، للتيسر علي المواطنين الراغبين في العمل، وذلك من خلال الاهتمام بعقد لقاءات أسبوعية مع نواب البرلمان للاستماع لمطالبهم الخاص بمشاكل العمال، مشيدا بجهود الدكتور محمد النحاس مدير الاتصال السياسي بالوزارة، والذي يبذل مجهودات كبيرة باعتباره حلقة الوصل بين الوزارة والنواب.
الحملات الرقابيةوأوضح أن وزارة القوى العامة ساهمت في تحقيق نقلة نوعية في تعيين نسبة الـ5% من ذوي الهمم في شركات القطاع الخاص وهو ما كشف عنه الدكتور ياسر الشربيني مدير إدارة فض المنازعات بالوزارة الذي أكد أن الحملات الرقابية أسفرت عن تحرير ما يزيد على 200 مخالفة لعدد من الشركات التي لم تلتزم بتعيين تلك النسبة، بعد المرور على ما يقرب من 468 شركة، وذلك خلال عام 2023، لافتا إلى أنه تم تعيين 11 ألفا و366 عاملا من ذوي الهمم العام الماضي.

الذي قال أن المراجعة زارت المستشفى وهي تشتكي من عدة أعراض أبرزها آلام حادة بالبطن ونزيف، وعقم أولي، وقد بحثت عن العلاج في مستشفيات أخرى فربط الأطباء علاجها بفتح البطن وإزالة المبيض، وفور وصولها أجريت لها عدة فحوصات شملت التحاليل وأشعة الرنين المغناطيسي، التي كشفت عن وجود ورم بطول "12" سم بالمبيض الأيسر، وناقش الفريق الطبي ملف الحالة وخلص إلى ضرورة إزالة الورم عبر تقنية المنظار، وبعد إتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة أخضعت لعملية تم فيها الدخول عبر فتحات صغيرة لا تتعدى الـ"1" سم، ودون الحاجة إلى فتح جراحي، وجرى إزالة الورم بالكامل مع المحافظة على سلامة المبيض وقدرتها على الإنجاب وعلى الأعضاء الملاصقة له، ومضت العملية بسلاسة وتوجت جهود الفريق الطبي بالنجاح التام ولله الحمد، وحولت من غرفة العمليات مباشرة إلى التنويم.
