كبير مستشاري بايدن يزور مصر وإسرائيل لبحث صفقة التبادل وهجوم رفح

الولايات المتحدة – أفاد موقع “أكسيوس” الأميركي إنه من المتوقع أن يزور منسق شؤون الشرق الأوسط في البيت الأبيض بريت ماكغورك إسرائيل ومصر هذا الأسبوع، لبحث العملية الإسرائيلية المحتملة برفح جنوبي قطاع غزة.
ونقل الموقع عن مسؤولين أميركيين وإسرائيليين أنه من المتوقع أن يجتمع ماكغورك، مع مدير جهاز المخابرات المصري عباس كامل، ومسؤولين مصريين آخرين، يوم غد الأربعاء، ثم مع رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، ووزير دفاعه يوآف غلانت ومسؤولين إسرائيليين آخرين يوم الخميس المقبل.
وأضاف الموقع أن ماكغورك سيبحث -أيضا- الجهود المبذولة لضمان إطلاق سراح الرهائن.
ويشعر البيت الأبيض بقلق بالغ من أن تؤدي عملية عسكرية إسرائيلية محتملة في رفح، حيث يتركز أكثر من مليون و 400 ألف فلسطيني ـمعظمهم نزح من أماكن أخرى في غزةـ إلى وقوع خسائر بشرية كبيرة.
وذكر موقع أكسيوس أن الجيش الإسرائيلي أعدّ الخطة الخاصة بالعملية العسكرية البرية في رفح، ومن المتوقع أن يقدمها إلى المجلس الوزاري الأمني هذا الأسبوع، ولكنه أشار إلى أن المسؤولين الإسرائيليين والأميركيين أقرّوا أن الشروع في عملية رفح لن يكون قبل أسابيع عدة، وقد تكون بعد شهر رمضان؛ أي في منتصف أبريل/نيسان القادم.
ونقل الموقع كذلك عن مسؤولين إسرائيليين أنهم بحاجة للمضي قدما في عملية رفح لتفكيك 4 كتائب تابعة لحركة الفصائل الفلسطينية، لكنهم لن يفعلوا ذلك دون التنسيق مع الولايات المتحدة ومصر.
وقال بايدن لنتنياهو في مكالمات هاتفية الأسبوع الماضي إنه يعارض مثل هذه العملية دون “خطة موثوقة وقابلة للتنفيذ”، لإجلاء المدنيين الفلسطينيين من المدينة.
وأشار الموقع إلى أن خشية الولايات المتحدة ومصر -كذلك- من أن تؤدي مثل هذه العملية إلى دفع عشرات الآلاف من الفلسطينيين عبر الحدود المصرية إلى شبه جزيرة سيناء.
وفي السياق ذاته، أجرت مصر والولايات المتحدة، أمس الاثنين، مشاورات في القاهرة، بشأن سبل إنهاء الحرب الإسرائيلية في قطاع غزة المتواصلة منذ 7 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول الماضي.
جاء ذلك خلال لقاء وزير الخارجية المصري، سامح شكري، وفدا من مجلس النواب الأميركي، وفق ما أفاد المتحدث بالخارجية أحمد أبو زيد، عبر حساب الوزارة بمنصة إكس.
ومنذ 7 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2023، تشن إسرائيل حربا مدمرة على قطاع غزة، خلّفت عشرات الآلاف من الضحايا المدنيين معظمهم أطفال ونساء، فضلا عن كارثة إنسانية غير مسبوقة، ودمار هائل بالبنية التحتية، الأمر الذي أدى إلى مثول تل أبيب أمام محكمة العدل الدولية بتهمة الإبادة الجماعية.
