كلية الآثار جامعة الفيوم تعقد ندوة عن الإسعافات الأولية

شهد الدكتور محمد معتمد مجاهد وكيل كلية الآثار لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة بجامعة الفيوم، اليوم الاثنين، ندوة الإسعافات الأولية التى تنظمها وحدة إدارة الأزمات والكوارث بالكلية، بالتعاون مع إدارة رعاية الشباب، وذلك بمقر الكلية.
أشار الدكتور محمد معتمد مجاهد إلى الإهتمام الكبير الذى توليه إدارة الكلية للأنشطة الطلابية، وخاصة النشاط الثقافي والدورات التدريبية، مؤكدًا أهمية دورة الإسعافات الأولية فى تقديم الدعم الطبي العاجل في الحالات الطارئة، وفي أوقات الكوارث والأزمات، لحين وصول الفرق الطبية المتخصصة، أو نقل المرضى والمصابين إلى المستشفيات.
واستعرضت الدكتورة شيماء محمد هاني المدرس بكلية التمريض تعريف الإسعافات الأولية وأهميتها، والتى تتمثل فى المساهمة فى إنقاذ الأرواح، حيث يتسبب التأخر فى تقديم الرعاية الطبية في 59% من حالات الوفاة في الحوادث، وكذلك التقليل من الوقت اللازم للاستشفاء، ومنع تدهور الحالة الصحية للمصاب، وزيادة وعي الأفراد بإجراءات الطوارئ والإسعاف.
وعرضت الدكتور شيماء أحمد محمد المدرس بكلية التمريض لعدد من المهارات الواجب توافرها فيمن يقومون بإسعاف المرضى، ومنها وجود حد كافٍ من المعرفة الطبية، وسرعة التصرف، وقوة الملاحظة، والقدرة على استغلال الإمكانات البسيطة، ومهارات التواصل والقيادة واتخاز القرار، وقدمت أيضًا شرحًا عمليًّا باستخدام الماكيتات الطبية لعملية الإنعاش القلبي والرئوي.
وعددت الدكتورة شيماء محمد محمد المدرس بكلية التمريض مكونات حقيبة الإسعافات الطبية، من ضمادات طبية وقفازات معقمة ومقصات، وبعض الأدوية مثل خافضات الحرارة، ومضادات الألم، كما ذكرت سيادتها أهم الحالات التي تحتاج للإسعافات الأولية، وهى حالات النزيف والجروح والكسور والصدمة والتسمم، وكذلك حالات الإغماء، كما قامت بشرح كيفية التعامل بشكل عملي مع حالات الكسور والجروح والنزيف.
