ملك الأردن ورئيس وزراء كندا يبحثان التطورات “الخطيرة” في غزة

كندا – بحث ملك الأردن عبد الله الثاني ورئيس الوزراء الكندي جاستن ترودو، امس الأربعاء، التطورات “الخطيرة” في قطاع غزة مع استمرار الحرب الإسرائيلية المدمرة عليه.
جاء ذلك خلال لقائهما في العاصمة الكندية أوتاوا، في ثاني محطة من جولة خارجية للملك عبد الله، قادما من الولايات المتحدة، وفق بيان للديوان الملكي، الخميس.
وبحسب البيان، “أجرى الملك عبدالله الثاني، مساء الأربعاء، مباحثات مع رئيس الوزراء الكندي جاستن ترودو، تركزت حول التطورات الخطيرة في غزة”.
وشدد الملك عبد الله على “أهمية العمل من أجل التوصل إلى وقف لإطلاق النار بأسرع وقت”، مؤكدا على “أهمية تخطي التحديات بالسرعة الممكنة”، وفق المصدر ذاته.
ولفت ملك الأردن إلى ضرورة “العمل لإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى غزة بشكل عاجل”.
كما أكد على “ضرورة الوصول إلى حل للصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي بشكل نهائي لمنح الفلسطينيين مستقبلا تكون فيه دولتهم المستقلة، وبما يضمن أمن إسرائيل”.
وفي البيان ذاته، نقل الديوان الملكي عن ترودو قوله إن “الوضع في غزة وفي الشرق الأوسط بشكل عامّ مؤلم”.
وأكد ترودو على أن “التهديدات (الإسرائيلية) بالقيام بإجراءات إضافية في رفح (المكتظة بالنازحين الفلسطينيين) سبّبت قلقا عميقا للجميع”.
وقال إن “هذه الأوقات معقدة جدا حول العالم، لكنها فرصة لأن نلتقي كأصدقاء لبحث كيفية الاستمرار بالعمل معا وفي الاتجاه الصحيح”.
وأشار إلى “ضرورة إطلاق سراح الرهائن (الإسرائيليين المحتجزين) بغزة ووقف مستدام لإطلاق النار”.
ويأتي اللقاء ضمن جولة خارجية غير معلنة المدة، بدأها ملك الأردن الخميس الماضي، تشمل الولايات المتحدة وكندا وفرنسا وألمانيا، *وأضيفت لها بريطانيا، حيث أعلن عنه وصوله إلى لندن، صباح اليوم الخميس.
وتهدف الجولة إلى “حشد الدعم الدولي” لوقف إطلاق النار في غزة، وفق ما أعلنه الديوان الملكي في بيان سابق.
ومنذ 7 أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول الماضي، تشن إسرائيل حربا مدمرة على قطاع غزة، خلّفت عشرات الآلاف من الضحايا المدنيين معظمهم أطفال ونساء، فضلا عن كارثة إنسانية غير مسبوقة ودمار هائل بالبنية التحتية، الأمر الذي أدى إلى مثول تل أبيب أمام محكمة العدل الدولية بتهمة “الإبادة الجماعية” لأول مرة منذ تأسيسها.
