مجلس النيابة العامة يقرّ إنشاء "نيابة الملكية الفكرية"/عاجل

أقر مجلس النيابة العامة برئاسة معالي النائب العام الشيخ سعود بن عبدالله المعجب إنشاء "نيابة الملكية الفكرية"

وتختص هذه النيابة بالتحقيق وتحريك الدعوى الجزائية في القضايا المتصلة بانتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية المقررة في نظام العلامات التجارية، ونظام حماية حقوق المؤلف، المحالة من الهيئة السعودية للملكية الفكرية، إضافة لنظام براءات الاختراع والتصميمات التخطيطية للدارات المتكاملة والأصناف النباتية والنماذج الصناعية.
