أعلن منتسبو السلطة القضائية في عدن و مناطق الحكومة المولية للتحالف ، استئناف الإضراب الشامل ابتداء من الأحد القادم بعد تعليقه لمدة ستة أشهر.
وقال بيان نقابة منتسبي السلطة القضائية أنه تم تعليق الإضراب وأعطيت مهلة ستة أشهر لمجلس القضاء الأعلى الجديد لتلبية وتحقيق المطالب الحقوقية المشروعة للكادر الإداري، ولكن مع انتهاء المهلة دون تحقيق أي شيء، فإن النقابة العامة لموظفي السلطة القضائية تعلن لكل منتسبيها استئناف الإضراب
وأشار إلى أن أهم المطالب تتمثل في: تنفيذ قرار مجلس القضاء الأعلى بشأن التأمين الطبي دون قيد أو شرط، تعديل هيكل الأجور وفق أسعار الصرف، واستقلالية الكادر الإداري، وتنفيذ الأحكام القضائية الخاصة بالجمعية السكنية لمحاكم عدن ومنتسبي السلطة القضائية، الفصل في تظلمات المستحقين للدرجات القضائية، وسرعة توزيع الحاصلين على الدرجات القضائية في مواقعهم الميدانية، تطبيق الكادر الاداري للنيابات، تثبيت مرتبات الموظفين الجدد وإدراجها ضمن ميزانية مجلس القضاء، تثبيت علاوة غلاء المعيشة مبلغ 75 ألف دون ضرائب وضمها للراتب الأساسي، صرف العلاوات السنوية، فتح باب الدورات التأهيلية القضائية والإدارية.
ودعت النقابة العامة رؤساء النقابات للمحاكم والنيابات وكل منتسبيها التكاتف والثبات لإنجاح هذا الإضراب ومتابعة سير عملية الإضراب وإرسال التقارير أولا فأول وفي حال تعسف أي قاضي ضد أي موظف فإنه عليه إبلاغ نقابته لتقوم باللازم قانونا.
