تحت رعاية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز وزير الداخلية، دشّنت وكالة "الأحوال المدنية"، في نادي منسوبي الوزارة بالرياض، اليوم، خدمات إلكترونية جديدة عبر منصة "أبشر" بالتعاون مع هيئة البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، بحضور معالي وكيل وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية المكلف الفريق سليمان بن عبدالعزيز اليحيى.
وأوضحت الأحوال المدنية أن الخدمات الجديدة شملت "تحديث سجل الأسرة"، و"تمكين الأسر الحاضنة للاستفادة من خدمات الهوية الوطنية عبر منصة أبشر"، و"إنهاء خدمات العسكريين" (أبشر حكومة)، و"مكتب الأحوال المدنية الافتراضي".
وبينت أنه تم تطوير خدمة الهوية الرقمية وتحسينها، وتطوير خدمة سجل الأسرة الرقمي، وتطوير خدمة دفع أجور التوصيل عن طريق منصة أبشر (سجل الأسرة)، وتطوير خدمة دفع واسترداد أجور التوصيل من خلال منصة أبشر (تسجيل المواليد)، وخدمة تحسين المطورة.
ولفتت إلى أنه بإمكان المستفيدين الاطلاع على إجراءات ومتطلبات الخدمات الجديدة أو المحسنة والمطورة عبر الدخول لحساب المستخدم في منصة "أبشر"، مؤكدة أنها تأتي ضمن الخطوات التطويرية للتعاملات الإلكترونية الهادفة إلى توفير حلول رقمية ذكية للارتقاء بجودة وكفاءة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين والمقيمين
