4 حالات مستثناة من سياسة الاستقطاع بعد إلغاء التصريح لحجاج الداخل

أوضح المسار الالكتروني لحجاج الداخل عن أمكانية إلغاء حجوزات في موسم 1445 هـ والتي قد يترتب عليها حسميات وتشمل 67.85 ريال أجور الخدمة الإلكترونية عن كل حاج في حالة رفض إصدار التصريح من وزارة الداخلية، أما في حالة إصدار التصريح من وزارة الداخلية فسيتم حسم 10 % من قيمة العقد في حال كان الإلغاء من 15 شوال وحتى نهاية شهر ذو القعدة، أما في حالة الغاء التصريح بدءً من 1 ذو الحجة وحتى إغلاق المسار بعد إصداره من وزارة الداخلية سيتم حسم 100 % من قيمة العقد

- الإصابة بكورونا بعد تاريخ 1 ذو الحجة بعد تقديم ما يثبت وبعد الغاء الحجز بواسطة الحاج المصاب عن طريق المسار الالكتروني لحجاج الداخل
- العجز الصحي أو التنويم في المستشفى وتقديم ما يثبت عن طريق التقارير المعتمدة
