مستشفى الأطفال بدله النخيل يجري عملية إزالة كيس داخل المثانة بالمنظار الجراحي لطفل في عمر الرابعة

نجح مستشفى دله النخيل في الرياض، من إجراء عملية جراحية دقيقة بالمنظار الجراحي، تتعلق بإزالة كيس داخل المثانة، لطفل يبلغ من العمر أربع سنوات.
وتفصيلا لحالة الطفل، فإنه كان يعاني من التهابات شديدة في البول، مع صعوبة في التبول وحدوث احتباس متكرر للبول، وبعد تقييم الحالة، بصورة شاملة ومتكاملة، وإجراء الفحوصات المخبرية اللازمة والأشعة، تبين أن لدى المريض كيس بحجم كبير خلف المثانة وذلك بسبب وجود ضعف في جدار المثانة، مما سبب بعج في غشاء المثانة مسببا تكيسا بحجم كبير خلف المثانة.

وأوضح أن العملية الجراحية تمت من خلال استخدام المنظار الجراحي، وذلك عبر 3 فتحات، الأولى بحجم 5ملم، أما الفتحتان الأخريتان، بمقدار 3 ملم، وجميعها داخل المثانة البولية، ليتم على إثرها اجراء التدخل الجراحي وهو فصل التكيس وازالته، ومن ثم عمل ترميم لجدار المثانة في مكان ضعفه، وأكد البروفسور حمدان الحازمي أنه وبعد التدخل الجراحي تحسنت حالة الطفل وغادر المستشفى بعد مرور اليوم الثالث من إجراء العملية.
