نددت كوريا الشمالية، بقرار الولايات المتحدة نقل غواصة تحمل صواريخ "كروز" إلى شبه الجزيرة الكورية، معلنةً أنّ هذه خطوة "تُقرّب المواجهة النووية".
وقال المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع الوطني، في بيان، أمس الثلاثاء، نقلته وكالة الأنباء الكورية الشمالية المركزية، إن الولايات المتحدة خرقت بطائرات استطلاع، أخيراً، مجالها الجوي قرب الساحل الشرقي.
ووصفت كوريا الشمالية الخطوات التي اتخذتها الولايات المتحدة لإدخال أصول نووية استراتيجية إلى شبه الجزيرة الكورية بأنّها "ابتزازٌ نووي صارخٌ ضدها، وضد دول المنطقة"، مضيفةً أنّها "تُشكّل تهديداً خطيراً للسلام".
وتابع أنّ "الأمر متروكٌ لإجراءات الولايات المتحدة المستقبلية فيما إذا كان سينشأ وضعٌ مُتطرّف في منطقة شبه الجزيرة الكورية، لا يُريده أحد وستتحمل الولايات المتحدة المسؤولية الكاملة في حالة حدوث أيّ موقفٍ غير متوقع".
واتفقت الولايات المتحدة الأميركية، وكوريا الجنوبية، على "نقل أصول نووية أميركية إلى سيؤول لإرسال رسائل استراتيجية لكوريا الشمالية".
وأعلن منسّق مجلس الأمن القومي الأميركي لشؤون منطقة المحيطين الهندي والهادئ، كورت كامبل "رسو غواصة نووية أميركية في ميناء بوسان لأوّل مرّة منذ عقود، لإثبات التزام الولايات المتحدة بالردع المُوسّع"، وفق وكالة "يونهاب" الكورية الجنوبية.
وقال كامبل إنّها "المرّة الأولى التي تزور فيها غواصة نووية أميركية شبه الجزيرة الكورية منذ عقود".
بدوره، قال الرئيس الكوري الجنوبي، يون سيوك يول، إنّ الاجتماع الأوّل لهيئة الاستشارات النووية الكورية الأميركية من المتوقع أن يكون نقطة بداية مُهمّة لبناء ردع مُوسّع قوي وفعّال.
وتتهم كوريا الشمالية الولايات المتحدة وكوريا الجنوبية واليابان بإنشاء "تحالف نووي يستهدف بيونغ يانغ".
وفي وقتٍ سابق، أكّد رئيس كوريا الشمالية، كيم جونغ أون، أنه إذا استمرت تهديدات الأعداء ضد بلاده، فسوف يلقون رداً بالأسلحة النووية، وبالمواجهة.
وفي 16 حزيران/ يونيو الماضي، وصلت غوّاصة أميركية تعمل بالطاقة النووية إلى ميناء في مدينة بوسان الكورية الجنوبية، بهدف "تطبيق إعلان واشنطن"، و"تقوية القُدرات الحربية للرد على تهديدات كوريا الشمالية".
وأجرت كوريا الشّمالية العشرات من عمليات الإطلاق التجريبية للصواريخ منذ بداية عام 2022، وقالت بيونغ يانغ إنّ هذه الأنشطة العسكرية لكوريا الشّمالية جاءت رداً على استفزازات كوريا الجنوبية وحليفتيها الولايات المتحدة واليابان.

أفادت وكالة الاستخبارات الكورية الجنوبية لوكالة فرانس برس الثلاثاء، أن الجنود الكوريين الشماليين المتمركزين في منطقة كورسك الروسية لم يشاركوا في أي قتال منذ منتصف يناير، بعد أن زعمت كييف انسحابهم من خط المواجهة لتكبدهم خسائر فادحة.
وقال جهاز الاستخبارات الوطني الكوري الجنوبي "منذ منتصف يناير، يبدو أن الجنود الكوريين الشماليين المنتشرين في منطقة كورسك في روسيا لم يشاركوا في أي قتال".

وأفادت القوات الأوكرانية، قبل يومين، بانسحاب الجنود الكوريين الشماليين الذين أرسلوا للقتال إلى جانب القوات الروسية في منطقة كورسك الروسية.
وقال المتحدث باسم قوات العمليات الخاصة الكولونيل أولكسندر كيندراتنكو إنّه "خلال الأسابيع الثلاثة الماضية، لم نر أو نرصد أيّ نشاط أو مواجهات عسكرية مع الكوريين الشماليين.
