«صحة مطروح»: إجراء 12 عملية جراحية دقيقة بمستشفى النجيلة

أعلن الدكتور مبروك سالم وكيل وزارة الصحة بمطروح إجراء 12 عملية جراحية دقيقة خلال يومين بمستشفى النجيلة المركزي، وفق تعليمات الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار وزير الصحة والسكان وتوجيهات اللواء خالد شعيب محافظ مطروح، بتخفيف العبء عن المرضى، بمتابعة مستمرة من الدكتور إسلام عساف وكيل مديرية الصحة وإشراف الدكتور محمد طالب مدير مستشفى النجيلة.
وقال وكيل وزارة الصحة بمطروح، اليوم، إنه جرى تنفيذ 12 عملية جراحية كبرى والصغرى وذات مهارة في مختلف التخصصات ما بين الجراحة العامة، وجراحة الأنف والأذن على مدار يومين، بجانب تنفيذ 8 عمليات جراحية استئصال أجزاء من جسم المريض، وإصلاح فتق أربى حسب كل حالة على حده.
الفريق الطبي بمستشفى النجيلةوأجرى العمليات الجراحية فريق طبي يضم الدكتور أشرف الفقي، أخصائي الجراحة العامة وجراحة الأورام، والدكتور حسام مجاهد أخصائي الأنف والأذن والحنجرة والمناظير والدكتور عمر حميد نائب الجراحة وقام بالتخدير الدكتور هاني مهاب أخصائي التخدير، وفريق تمريض العمليات والداخلي بالتعاون مع فرق مكافحة العدوى والجودة.
وأثنى وكيل وزارة الصحة بمطروح على جهود فريق الجراحة الطبي، مقدماً الشكر لجميع الأطباء والدكتور محمد طالب مدير مستشفى النجيلة وفريق العمل بالمستشفى للجهد المبذول، وحثهم على الاستمرارية في العطاء وبذل الجهد من أجل تقديم خدمة طبية على مستوى عالٍ لأبناء محافظة مطروح.

الذي قال أن مركز الطوارئ استقبل المراجع "ثلاثيني ومدخن"، وهو يشكو من من ألم حاد في الصدر، يمتد إلى الكتفين والعنق، مع شعور طفيف بالدوار وضيق في التنفس، وعلى الفور أخضع لعدة فحوصات طبية دقيقة، حيث بينت العلامات الحيوية ارتفاعاُ في ضغط الدم، وأظهر تخطيط القلب ECG، وجود مؤشرات قوية لاحتشاء حاد في عضلة القلب STEMI، مع اضطراب في نظم القلب، وأثناء وضعه على جهاز الصدمات الكهربائية، إنهار بشكل مفاجئ وتوقف نبضه، وبسرعة كبيرة بدأ الفريق الطبي الذي قاده د.عبدالله الشهري استشاري أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية وقسطرة القلب التداخلية، في الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي CPR، والتعامل معه بالصدمات الكهربائية، بعد عدة دورات من الإنعاش، تم استعادة نبض المراجع بنجاح، ونُقل إلى جهاز التنفس الصناعي، مع استخدام أدوية دعم الدورة الدموية، وبموازاة ذلك عمل الاستشاريون على تأمين مجرى الهواء، بعد استقرار حالته نُقل إلى غرفة القسطرة القلبية لإكمال العلاج، حيث تم فتح الشريان التاجي الأيسر مع تركيب دعامة دوائية فاستقرت حالة المراجع، وحُول بعدها إلى العناية المركزة، حيث أمضى قيد المراقبة الطبية "48" ساعة، تحسنت حالته ، ثم نقل للتنويم، ولاحقاً غادر المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة.
