المغرب يوقف مطلوبا لدى القضاء السعودي

أوقفت عناصر الأمن الوطني المغربي الاثنين مواطنا هنديا يبلغ من العمر 45 عاما في مطار محمد الخامس الدولي، وفقا لحكم صادر بحقه عن السلطات القضائية السعودية.

وأوضح مصدر أمني بأن عملية البحث عن المواطن الأجنبي الموقوف بقاعدة بيانات الشرطة الجنائية "إنتربول" أوضحت أنه مطلوب على الصعيد الدولي بموجب نشرة حمراء، صادرة بطلب من المكتب المركزي الوطني بالرياض، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بخيانة الأمانة.
وأضاف المصدر أنه يشتبه بتورط الأجنبي الموقوف في قضية استغلال عمله كمدير مشاريع بإحدى المؤسسات التجارية للاستيلاء على مبلغ مالي يفوق مليونين و500 ألف ريال سعودي، وذلك قبل مغادرته السعودية.
ووضع المتهم تحت الحراسة النظرية في انتظار إحالته إلى النيابة العامة المختصة، بينما تم تكليف المكتب المركزي الوطني "مكتب إنتربول الرباط" التابع للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني بإشعار نظيره في السعودية بواقعة التوقيف على ذمة مسطرة التسليم.
