استقبل رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيّد، صباح اليوم الثلاثاء 18 جويلية 2023 بقصر قرطاج، مالك الزاهي، وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية.
وتناول اللقاء نشاط الوزارة بوجه عام ودورها في الإحاطة بذوي الدخل المحدود على وجه الخصوص، وفق بلاغ إعلامي لرئاسة الجمهورية.
وأكّد رئيس الجمهورية مجدّدا على أنّ الدولة لا يمكن أن تتخلّى عن دورها الاجتماعي وعلى أنّ القضاء على الفقر يقتضي جهدا وطنيا وتشريعات جديدة تكون في مستوى تطلعات الشعب التونسي.
كما تناول الاجتماع وضع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وضرورة مساهمتهم في وضع النصوص القانونية التي تتعلق بهم.
وذكّر رئيس الجمهورية، في هذا السياق، بما ورد في الفصل الرابع والخمسين من الدستور الذي نص على أن الدولة تحمي الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من كل تمييز وتتخذ كل التدابير التي تضمن لهم الاندماج الكامل في المجتمع. كما أشار إلى ما ورد بالمرسوم المتعلق بانتخابات أعضاء المجلس الوطني للجهات والأقاليم الذي جاء بفصله 27 تخصيص مقعد إضافي بكل مجلس محلي لفائدة نائب من ذوي الإعاقة له الحق في التصويت وذلك حتى يكون هذا النائب مشاركا في صنع القرار.
وتمّ التطرّق أيضا لموضوع الشركات الأهلية وتذليل كل العقبات أمام باعثي هذه الشركات حتى تكون مصدرا لخلق الثورة خاصة بالنسبة إلى الشباب العاطل عن العمل، علما وأنه تم تأسيس إحدى وثلاثين شركة إلى حدّ اليوم وهناك ستّ وثلاثون أخرى في طور التأسيس، وفق نصّ البلاغ.
