البنك العربي الوطني يدشن درة تحوله الرقمي في العالم الافتراضي ( ميتافيرس)

دشن العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي للبنك العربي الوطني الأستاذ عبيد الرشيد، أول مقر افتراضي للبنك في منصة Decentraland ، وذلك في حفل أقيم مساء الأحد الماضي في واجهة "روشن" وحظي باهتمام إعلامي واسع.
ويأتي الحدث الاستثنائي في سياق توجه البنك العربي الوطني للتحول الرقمي وتعزيز بنيته الرقمية وإثراء تجربة العملاء عبر تطوير الخدمات المصرفية لمواكبة تطلعات المستقبل.

وأشار الراشد إلى أنه "انطلاقاً من رؤية المملكة 2030 سيسهم توظيف قدرات تقنية المقر الافتراضي للبنك عبر "ميتافيرس" في دعم رواد الأعمال وبناء مهارات الشباب الواعد، عبر تزويدهم بالعلم والمعرفة من خلال برامج الابتكار في 10 مجالات مختلفة، من أبرزها تطوير وتصميم المشاريع والتسويق والألعاب الإلكترونية والذكاء الاصطناعي".
من جانبه، استعرض رئيس إدارة البطاقات والمدفوعات لدى البنك العربي الوطني الأستاذ عمر الحامضة، مزايا الاستعانة بتقنية "ميتافيرس" في القطاع المصرفي، والتي ستجذب، بحسبه، نحو ثلث الشباب السعودي بحلول عام 2030 بواقع 14 مليون مستخدم، باعتبار أن نصف المجتمع السعودي تقل أعمارهم عن 25 عاماً وهي الشريحة الأكثر تفاعلاً مع تقنية العالم الافتراضي، موضحاُ أن خطة البنك على "ميتافيرس" تتكون من ثلاث مراحل تبدأ بدخولنا هذه التجربة الغامرة، مروراً بعرض خدماتنا المصرفية عبر تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي VR، وصولاً إلى تقديم منتجات مصرفية في بيئة تفاعلية ثلاثية الأبعاد تسهم في إثراء تجربة عملائنا.
