مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يعيد الحركة لطفل أقعده انزلاق عظمة رأس الفخذ

بفضل من الله- أعاد مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب في الخبر، بعملية متقدمة، القدرة على المشي لطفل أقعده عن الحركة تبعات انزلاق كامل لصفيحة النمو عند عظمة رأس الفخذ، وذلك دون تعرضه لأي إصابة، ذكر ذلك د.عبدالرحمن الرفاعي استشاري جراحة العظام وعظام الأطفال والتشوهات والحوادث وجراحات مفصل الورك المتقدمة، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

وقال د.الرفاعي أن الطفل الذي يبلغ من العمر "11" عاماً، أحضر إلى الطوارئ محمولاً على "سرير متحرك" لعدم قدرته على المشي على قدميه، إضافة إلى أنه كان يعاني من آلام تزداد حدتها مع الحركة بمفصل الورك والفخذ، منذ ما يزيد عن "6" أشهر، وزار خلال تلك الفترة العديد من المستشفيات والمراكز إلا أن العلاج الذي تلقاه لم يحسن حالته الصحية، فراجع مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب، وفور وصوله إلى الطوارئ خضع لحزمة من الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة، أبرزها التصوير بالأشعة السينية والرنين المغناطيسي، وأظهرت النتائج وجود انزلاق وانفصال في نهاية عظم الفخذ عند صفيحة النمو في مفصل الورك، تم ادخال المريض لغرفة العمليات بصوره مستعجلة وخضع لعملية خلع ورك جراحي آمن، وارجاع صفيحة رأس الفخذ إلى وضعه الطبيعي، وعزل حزمة الأوردة والشرايين المغذية لرأس الفخذ وتثبيتها في مكانها الطبيعي، باستخدام تقنية Modified Dunn Procedure، كما تم التأكد من استمرارية تدفق الدم إلى رأس الفخذ.
