"عدل العقارية" تحصل على اعتماد مبدئي من أمانة الشرقية لتصاميم الحدائق المركزية في "حي عدل" والتنفيذ خلال الربع الثالث

بدأت عدل العقارية تحويل مجتمعها السكني العصري "حي عدل" في مدينة الدمام؛ إلى واحةٍ غنَّاء مُفعمة بالخُضرة والجمال مع اعتمادها التصاميم المبدئية للحدائق المركزية للحي التي تمتد على مساحة إجمالية تفوق 70 ألف متر مربع، لتمنح الساكنين رفاهية المعيشة ونمط الحياة المُستقبلي.
وسيتوسط "حي عدل" حديقتين مركزيتين سيكونان مصدر السعادة الأول لسكان الحي، ستمتد الأولى على مساحة إجمالية تبلغ 37.

6 ألف متر مربع، فيما ستبلغ مساحة الحديقة الثانية 37.8 متر مربع، وستحتضن الحديقتين مساحاتٍ خضراء شاسعة، تتوفر فيها كافة المرافق الخدمية والترفيهية أبرزها: ملاعب رياضية لممارسة كرة القدم وكرة السلة والتنس، مناطق ألعاب مخصصة للأطفال، ممشى رياضي، نادٍ رياضي، مطعم، مقهى، بلازا رئيسي.
