أعلن بنك الخليج الدولي -السعودية-، عن توقيع اتفاقية شراكة مع مؤسسة تنمية الغطاء النباتي الأهلية (مروج)، تتضمن تقديم دعم مالي بقيمة 900 ألف ريال سعودي، على مدى ثلاث سنوات، بهدف زراعة أكثر من 21 ألف شجرة مانجروف في المنطقة الشرقية، وذلك في إطار دعم مستهدفات مبادرة السعودية الخضراء.
وتأتي هذه الشراكة في إطار التزام الطرفين المستمر بدعم الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية السعودية، ضمن التوجه الاستراتيجي للمسؤوليات الاجتماعية ودعم مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
