عاجل/ "هيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب" تطلق غدًا اختبارات جاهزية 2024م لقياس الأداء الأكاديمي

تطلق هيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب غدًا، المرحلة الثانية من اختبارات جاهزية 2024، للطلبة المتوقع تخرجهم، وذلك لقياس الأداء الأكاديمي للجامعات والكليات السعودية في أكثر من 700 برنامج أكاديمي لـ 24 تخصصًا جامعيًا بمرحلة البكالوريوس، حيث تستمر للعام الثاني على التوالي؛ بهدف قياس وتحسين جودة المخرجات، ورفع جاهزيتها لسوق العمل.

ويُعنى البرنامج في هذه المرحلة الثانية بتقييم طلبة البكالوريوس المتوقع تخرجهم خلال العام الدراسي الحالي 2023 / 2024 في البرامج الجامعية للتخصصات المستهدفة، وهي: خمسة تخصصات في الإدارة والعلوم الاجتماعية والسلوكية والرياضيات والإحصاء، تشمل كلًا من: علم الاقتصاد، وإدارة الأعمال، ونظم المعلومات الإدارية، والموارد البشرية، والعلوم الإكتوارية، وستة تخصصات في الهندسة والحرف الهندسية، تشمل كلًا من: الهندسة المدنية، والهندسة الصناعية، والهندسة الكهربائية، والهندسة الكيميائية ، والهندسة الميكانيكية، والعمارة، إضافة إلى تطبيق الاختبارات المعيارية لتخصصات المرحلة الأولى من البرنامج وعددها 13 تخصصاً وتشمل تخصصات المالية، والمحاسبة، والتسويق، والتمويل والاستثمار، والمخاطر والتأمين، والمصارف الأسواق المالية، وهندسة الحاسب، وعلوم الحاسب، وهندسة البرمجيات، ونظم المعلومات، وتقنية المعلومات، والذكاء الاصطناعي، والأمن السيبراني/ أمن المعلومات.
ويُطبق البرنامج من خلال اختبارات معيارية مبنية على إطار تخصصي يمثل الحد الأدنى من المهارات والمعارف والقيم الوطنية، التي تصاغ على شكل نواتج تعلم لكل مجال تخصصـي، وذلك بالتعاون مع الجهات والهيئات الوطنية ذات العلاقة، ويضمن الإطار التخصـصي ونتائج الاختبارات المعيارية في متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي البرامجي وفي مؤشرات التصنيف السعودي العالمي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي "صقر".
ويسهم البرنامج في تحقيق 16 هدفاً متعلقاً بالتعليم من أهداف المستوى الثالث لرؤية المملكة 2030؛ حيث يعدُ التعليم والتدريب هو المُمكّن الرئيس لتحقيق مستهدفات عددٍ من برامج تحقيق الرؤية وأهمها: برنامج تنمية القدرات البشـرية، وبرنامج التحول الوطني، وبرنامج تطوير الصناعة الوطنية والخدمات اللوجستية، وبرنامج جودة الحياة.
ومن أهم نتائج البرنامج المباشرة لجودة التعليم: تحسين جودة القوى العاملة ورفع نسب التوظيف، وتعزيز الابتكار وريادة الأعمال، ورفع الإنتاجية والقدرة على استخدام التقنيات والمنتجات المتقدمة، التي تنعكس إيجاباً على النمو الاقتصادي، وجذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، وتحسين جودة الحياة.
وسينتج عن البرنامج مجموعة مخرجات معرفية في مقدمتها الأطر المعرفية للمعارف والمهارات التخصصية في عدة مجالات، مبنية على دراسة وافية لأفضل الممارسات الدولية، وتغذيتها بالاحتياجات الوطنية من خلال مشاركة فرق قطاعية تمثل أطياف سوق العمل المختلفة من قطاع حكومي وهيئات وقطاع خاص، وذلك لجميع التخصصات المستهدفة، كما تساعد الأطر المعرفية البرامج الأكاديمية في بناء خططها الدراسية، بحيث تٌغطّي جميع المهارات الأكاديمية في التخصص وكذلك المطلوبة في سوق العمل، سيتم -أيضًا- قياس جودة مخرجات البرامج الأكاديمية وتحديد نقاط القوة وفرص التحسين من خلال نتائج الاختبارات المعيارية والاعتماد الأكاديمي.
