طالب 37 نائبا من أعضاء البرلمان اليمني مجلس القيادة الرئاسي بوقف اتفاقية بيع شركة عدن نت، معتبرين ذلك مخالفة دستورية وقانونية تفقد قطاع الاتصالات استقلاليته، وتمس سيادة الدولة، وتخل بالأمن الوطني، ومبدا الشفافية والتنافس العادل بين الشركات.
وحصل الموقع بوست" على خطاب سلمه النواب لمجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليوم يصف الاتفاقية بالباطلة من الناحية الدستورية والقانونية، مطالبين رئيس المجلس توجيه الحكومة بوقفها.
وقال النواب الذين يتوزعون على عدة أحزاب سياسية يمنية إن الاتفاقية تخالف قانون المزايدات والمناقصات ودمج الشركات، وتخالف تحريم الاحتكار، وحرية المنافسة الاقتصادية، وتكافؤ الفرص، واستغلال المرافق العامة.
وأشاروا في خطابهم إلى أن مجلس النواب هو الجهة المخولة بإقرار مثل هذه الاتفاقيات وفقا للدستور والقانون، معتبرين أن قرار الحكومة رقم 79 لسنة 2022 الذي منح شركة شركة NX رخصة التشغيل المبني على هذه الاتفاقية قرارا باطلا لمخالفته للاجراءات الدستورية والقانونية.

وأضاف الراشد "إن المملكة بقرارها الكريم، والمتزامن مع احتفالات الوطن بيوم التأسيس، تعيد للأذهان مجد الماضي وإنجازات الأولين، وتؤكد على تمسّكها بهويتها العربية والوطنية العريقة من خلال تصميم الرمز المستوحى من الخط العربي، ودلالاته الفنية المنبثقة عن تراث المملكة وثقافتها الأصيلة والراسخة، وهو إنجاز آخر تقدّمه قيادة المملكة للوطن وللعالم العربي بأسره على اعتباره أول رمز عالمي معتمد للعملات العربية".
