إجراء جراحة ناجحة لمرض نادر بالقولون في مستشفى المواساة بالدمام

استقبل قسم الطوارئ بمستشفى المواساة بالدمام سيدة ثلاثينية تعاني من انسداد القولون نتيجة إلتفاف القولون الأعور حول نفسه، مما أدى إلى غلق تجويف القولون وحدوث الإنسداد الكامل.
بعد عمل الإسعافات الأولية، تم عمل أشعة مقطعية على البطن، والتى أثبتت وجود إلتفاف القولون الأعور حول نفسه مع وجود إنسداد فى القولون.

تم متابعة المريضة حتى تحسنت حالتها تمامًا، وإستعاد الجهاز الهضمي وظيفته بشكل طبيعى.
