أعلن سعادة الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة الوطنية للإسكان الأستاذ محمد بن صالح البطي عن فتح المجال أمام جميع المواطنين لحجز وشراء الوحدات السكنية في مشاريعها الواقعة في الضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية دون اشتراط الدعم السكني، وذلك خلال مشاركته في جلسة حوارية بعنوان " القطاع العقاري في منطقة الخليج: مستقبل واعد للتحول"، بمشاركة معالي السيدة آمنة الرميحي وزيرة الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني بمملكة البحرين، في اليوم الأول من منتدى مستقبل العقار 2024.

وكشف الرئيس التنفيذي عن أن الوطنية للإسكان تستهدف ضخ 600 ألف وحدة سكنية بضواحٍ ومجتمعات عُمرانية تتسع لأكثر من مليوني نسمة بحلول 2030، وتطمح الشركة من خلالها إلى أن تكون الوجهة الأولى للباحثين عن جودة الحياة.

وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي للوطنية للإسكان "NHC " أن الشركة تسعى لتحقيق التوازن بين العرض والطلب من خلال العمل على نموذج الشراكة التكاملية مع شركاء محليين وعالميين، وهذا النموذج يتميز بضخ مشاريع عمرانية نوعية بفترة قصيرة وينتج عنه وحدات سكنية أكثر تخدم بها مناطق مختلفة، ما أدى إلى قدرة الشركة على أن يكون متوسط قيمة العقار 825 ألف ريـال في عام 2023 مقارنة ب 940 ألف في عام 2022.
وبيّن البطي أن الوطنية للإسكان تعمل على تغيير ثقافة المسكن في المملكة من خلال التطوير الشامل للضواحي العمرانية، وبناء نظام حياة متكامل في بيئات حيوية تعزز جودة الحياة، موضحاً احتواءها على جميع المرافق التي تُعنى بتقديم كافة الخدمات الأساسية والترفيهية بالإضافة إلى زيادة المسطحات الخضراء فيها لتصل إلى 10 ملايين م2، ما يجعل نصيب الفرد منها 15 م2.
وأشار إلى أنه وبحسب دراسة أجرتها الوطنية للإسكان فإن أغلب العملاء يفضلون السكن في بيئة حيوية متكاملة تتوفّر فيها كافة الخدمات والمرافق الأساسية، كما أن أكثر من 75% من السعوديين مستعدون لاتخاذ قرارات مستدامة لخدمة البيئة، وهذا ما تسعى الوطنية للإسكان إلى تحقيقه عبر بناء مجتمعات نموذجية تقود إلى الاستدامة.
وفي حديثه عن عام 2024، ذكر أن الشركة ستطرح أكثر من 88 ألف وحدة سكنية في مختلف مناطق المملكة، وستعمل على ضخ العديد من المشاريع الاستثمارية بقيمة تتجاوز 6 مليار ريال، والتي تشتمل على أبراج مكتبية وفندقية ومراكز تجارية، وترفيهية، وصحية، وتعليمية خلال العام الجاري وقد تكون الأكبر في الشرق الأوسط، كما تطرّق إلى أن حجم المشاريع التي تعمل عليها الوطنية للإسكان كبير جدًا، حيث تعمل مع شركاء نجاح على المستوى المحلي والعالمي، وذلك مثل شركة كونيكس، شركة سيتيك الصينية، مجموعة طلعت مصطفى، الشركة الإسبانية Urba ، شركة قايا المحدودة.
