زبدة الفول السوداني من الأكلات الصحية التي تمد الجسم بالطاقة وتقوي المناعة، كما تساعدك على الشبع فترة طويلة، لذا نقدم لك طريقة عمل كوكيز زبدة الفول السوداني.
المقادير
- سكر : 3 ملاعق كبيرة (بديل سكر)
- الزبدة : نصف كوب (غير مملحة / مذابة)
- دقيق اللوز : كوب
- زبدة الفول السوداني : نصف كوب
- البيض : 1 حبة (كبيرة)
- ملح : رشّة
طريقة التحضير
سخني الفرن على حرارة 180درجة مئوية لمدة خمس دقائق.
اخلطي دقيق اللوز، ومسحوق السكر البديل، والبيض، والملح، وزبدة الفول السوداني، والزبدة المذابة، جيداً حتى تتجانس جميع المقادير.
غلّفي صينية فرن بورقتين من ورق الزبدة.
قطعي العجينة إلى 10 كرات باستخدام مغرفة الآيس كريم، وضعي الكرة على ورق الخبز المُجهز.
ضعي شوكتين في الأعلى اضغطي قليلاً للأسفل على كل كرة لتصبح مسطحة أكثر.
أدخلي الصينية للفرن لمدة 10-12 دقيقة مع تقليب صينية الخبز في منتصف الوقت حتى تفوح رائحتها وتصبح ذهبية قليلاً.
أخرجي الكوكيز من الفرن وانقليه إلى رف سلكي ليبرد، ثم قدميه.
فوائد تناول زبدة الفول السوداني
تقلل من مخاطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب
الفول السوداني مصدر جيد للدهون غير المشبعة ، حيث يساهم ذلك في خفض نسبة الكوليسترول الضار في الجسم ، حيث أشارت دراسة أجريت في جامعة هارفارد إلى أن النساء اللواتي يتناولن 5 حصص على الأقل من المكسرات المختلفة أسبوعياً ، وزبدة الفول السوداني ، أقل عرضة للخطر.
