نَظمت شركة ريناد المجد (RMG) الملتقى الرابع لتطوير ممارسات التحول الرقمي في فندق كراون بلازا المدينة الرقمية يوم الأربعاء الموافق ١٧ يناير من العام الحالي ٢٠٢٤ م. في قاعات السلطانة وحضر الملتقى أكثر من ٥٠٠ شخصية مدعوة من الجنسين من ممثلي الجهات الحكومية والقيادات في التحول الرقمي والمهتمين بالتحول الرقمي وممثلي وسائل الإعلام والشركات المتخصصة بهذا المجال.

حيثُ تمَّ افتتاح الملتقى من قبل المهندس ماجد الزغيبي المدير العام للتحول الرقمي وتقنية المعلومات في الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء وهو أحد قادة التحول الرقمي وصاحب المسيرة الطموحة في عدد من الجهات الحكومية. وجاء في كلمته «نفخر اليوم بوجود رؤيةٍ طموحة وضعت التحول الرقمي ضمن أولوياتها فكان نتاج ذلك أن حققت المملكة تقدماً كبيراً في العديد من المؤشرات الدولية المتعلقة بالتحول الرقمي، كل تلك الإنجازات وما سيليها بدعم وحرص من قيادتنا الرشيدة لأجل أن تصبح المملكة نموذجاً رائداً في العالم ليس على مستوى التحول الرقمي، بل على كافة الأصعدة.
أهداف الملتقى:
وقال الأستاذ عبد الكريم بن عبد الرحمن بن محارب المدير العام لشركة ريناد المجد (RMG) «يأتي هذا الملتقى ضمن سلسة أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي تقيمها شركة ريناد المجد (RMG) بشكل دوري بهدف:
1. التفاعل مع صناع القرار في مجال التحول الرقمي.
2. تبادل الأفكار والرؤى.
3. مشاركة المعارف والخبرات.
4. تعزيز فرص التكامل والتعاون الرقمي الحكومي
جدول أعمال الملتقى:
حرصت شركة ريناد المجد (RMG) على تنويع الأنشطة والفعاليات خلال الملتقى الحالي بدايةً من ورش العمل التفاعلية مروراً بالعيادات الاستشارية الرقمية وصولاً إلى الجلسة الحوارية بهدف تلبية احتياجات شركائنا المتغيرة وبناءً على اقتراحاتكم في الملتقى السابق.
• حيث شهد الملتقى تنظيم ٤ ورش عمل تفاعلية وفقرة إبداعية جديدة «العيادات الاستشارية الرقمية»:
1. الورشة الأولى بعنوان «تحديات إدارة ملف قياس التحول الرقمي الحكومي» قدمها الدكتور عبد العزيز الغازي والمهندس هاني أبو هلال.
2. الورشة الثانية بعنوان « كيف ننفذ إستراتيجية التحول الرقمي؟ « قدمها المهندس فياض محمد هاني بيان.
3. الورشة الثالثة بعنوان «رحلة الحصول على شهادة اعتماد البنية المؤسسية الوطنية (NORA) «قدمها المهندس فراس صوفي
4. الورشة الرابعة بعنوان «الإبداع الرقمي والتقنيات الناشئة» وقدمها المهندس أحمد الريس.
• العيادات الاستشارية الرقمية من شركة ريناد (RMG)شهد الملتقى إطلاق فكرة إبداعية جديدة من شركة ريناد (RMG) وتُعد هذه الخدمة خطوة نحو تحقيق التميز في ميدان تطوير طرق التفاعل مع متطلبات القياس الرقمي الحكومي. حيث تم تطوير 6 عيادات استشارية متخصصة شملت جميع محاور التحول الرقمي بداية من استراتيجية التحول الرقمي وصولاً إلى الابتكار والإبداع الرقمي.

في مداخلة قيمة أكد المهندس خالد بن أحمد النعيمي وكيل إمارة المنطقة الشرقية المساعد للشؤون التنموية على أهمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي المُحكم وعلى أهمية إشراك جميع أصحاب المصلحة من البداية في تطوير استراتيجية التحول الرقمي كمدخل لضمان جودة التنفيذ لاحقاً حيث استفادت إمارة المنطقة الشرقية من البداية الصحيحة أثناء تطوير استراتيجية التحول الرقمي الأمر الذي انعكس على كل محاور التحول الرقمي في الإمارة حيث حققت الإمارة تقدماً كبيراً على مؤشر التحول الرقمي الحكومي 2023.
وشدد المهندس موسى عبد الله احمد الميمني وكيل التحول الرقمي في أمانة منطقة المدينة المنورة على أهمية تواصل قادة التحول الرقمي مع منسوبي الجهة لغرض شرح استراتيجية التحول الرقمي بشكل متكرر لضمان وضوح المستهدفات الرقمية ولتوضيح آليات وطرق الوصول إليها. وأشار أنهم في أمانة منطقة المدينة المنورة استفادوا من هذه المنهجية حيث ساعدتهم في الحصول على العديد من الجوائز الرقمية خلال مؤتمر الهيئة الحكومية الرقمية 2023 مثل جائزة الحكومة الرقمية لدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية والعديد من الجوائز الأخرى.
وفي لقاء مع المهندس الوليد العنزي مدير عام الإدارة العامة للتحول الرقمي في صندوق التنمية الزراعية قال «إن التقدم الكبير الذي حققته المملكة العربية السعودية في مجال التحول الرقمي يعد محوراً هاماً في هذا الملتقى. فقد شهدت السنوات الأخيرة قفزات عملاقة في تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية وتنفيذ الحلول الرقمية المتطورة، مما أسهم في تحسين الخدمات الحكومية وتسهيل الوصول إليها. كذلك، تميزت المملكة بتبنيها للتقنيات الحديثة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات الضخمة وانترنت الاشياء حيث عمل صندوق التنمية الزراعية على الاستفادة من هذه التقنيات لتطوير تجربة المستفيد، ليس فقط في تحسين كفاءة الخدمات الحكومية، ولكن أيضًا في تعزيز القطاعات الاقتصادية المتنوعة. هذه الجهود تعكس التزام المملكة بتحقيق رؤية 2030 وترسيخ مكانتها كدولة رائدة في مجال الابتكار الرقمي في المنطقة.»
