مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ "أربعيني" عانى من جلطة رئوية مزدوجة وفشل بالقلب خلال "60" دقيقة

بفضل من الله- تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، من إنقاذ حياة أربعيني أسعف إلى قسم الطوارئ بسبب إصابته بجلطة رئوية حادة ومزدوجة وفشل بالجهة اليمنى للقلب، خلال "60" دقيقة بعد إجراء قسطرة طبية بتقنية EKOS.
ووصل المريض إلى الطوارئ وهو بحالة غير مستقرة، ويعاني من حزمة أعراض حادة أبرزها ضيق شديد في التنفس مع خفقان وتسارع في النبض بلغ "130"، بالإضافة إلى فقدان للوعي، وأظهر التقييم الطبي الأولي للحالة تسارعاً في النبض وفي معدل التنفس، مع إنخفاض نسبة الأكسجين بالدم، ما دفع الفريق الطبي المعالج إلى تشخيص الحالة مبدئياً بجلطة رئوية حادة، حيث تم البدء بإعطاء مسيلات الدم، ومضادات تخثر الدم كعلاج أولي، مع استمرار الفحوصات المخبرية الدقيقة والإستقصاءات الشعاعية التي بينت لاحقاً وجود "انسداد رئوي" مزدوج، مع فشل بالجانب الأيمن من القلب.

أخبار متعلقة بأنشطة مخصصة لهم.. الأطفال يتفاعلون مع مهرجان الصقور في طريفصور| رفيق المرأة.. مهرجان الصقور بالحدود الشمالية يبرز حرفة المغزلوقال د. يوسف المبارك المدير الطبي المساعد بالمستشفى، أن الحالة حولت إلى قسم العناية الفائقة على وجه السرعة، بسبب عدم استقرارها وقابليتها للتدهور المفاجئ، وتم إجراء التصوير القلبي بالموجات فوق الصوتية وكافة التحاليل النوعية لتأكيد التشخيص، ووضع صورة واضحة للخطة العلاجية، وبعد التقييم الكامل من قبل الفريق الطبي لقسم العناية الفائقة، أخضع المريض بشكل عاجل لعملية قسطرة بتقنية الايكوس "EKOS" التي تستخدم الموجات فوق الصوتية مع المذيب لعلاج الجلطات، استغرقت العملية قرابة "30" دقيقة، واستطاع الفريق الطبي بحمد الله إذابة الجلطات والإنسداد بشكل كامل، وإعادة التروية للشريانين الرئويين بصورة طبيعة خلال فترة قياسية، مع تحسن عمل الجهة اليمنى من القلب.
مؤكداً أن حالته تحسنت خلال ساعات قليلة من إجراء العملية ولله الحمد، إذ تخلص المريض من الآلام وضيق التنفس خلال "24" ساعة فقط من التدخل العلاجي.
