نواب يؤكدون ضرورة استكمال الخارطة التشريعية.. والالتزام بالدستور نصاً وروحاً

أكد عدد من النواب على ضرورة استكمال مسيرة التعاون بين السلطتين التشريعية والتنفيذية لاسيما تنفيذ بنود وقوانين الخارطة التشريعية المتفق عليها، متمنين أن يكون معيار العمل مع مجلس الأمة الالتزام بالدستور نصا ونهجا.
وقالوا في تصريحات متفرقة بمناسبة صدور مرسوم تشكيل الحكومة الجديدة وأدائها اليمين الدستورية أمام صاحب السمو أمير البلاد الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح، حفظه الله ورعاه، إن نجاح الحكومة الجديدة هو نجاح للوطن، مطالبين بمعالجة قضايا المواطنين وعلى رأسها تنفيذ الخارطة التشريعية وإصلاح الطرق.
في البداية، قال نائب رئيس مجلس الأمة محمد المطير مخاطبا رئيس الحكومة قائلا:
سمو رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأخ الشيخ د ..محمد صباح السالم الصباح، لا شك أن القبول الشعبي الذي تحظى به لم يأت من فراغ، فهو مستمد من سيرة والدك، طيب الله ثراه، مرورا بمواقفك التي يشهد لها الجميع، وسيستمر بإذن الله باستثماره على الوجه الأمثل، من خلال مد يد التعاون مع مجلس توافق على نحو غير مسبوق بالمضي نحو إقرار القوانين والتشريعات المتماشية مع الرغبات والتطلعات الإصلاحية، والرقابة التي تصون مقدرات البلد، وترتقي بمكتسبات شعبه، فسر على بركة الله».
وقال أمين سر مجلس الأمة أسامة الشاهين إن نجاح الحكومة الجديدة هو نجاح لهذا الوطن، ونحن سلطة تشريعية نمثل الأمة ونراقبكم، لكن من يصلح الشوارع السلطة التنفيذية ومن يرتقي بالمدارس هي الحكومة، متمنيا لها التوفيق والسداد.
وقال الشاهين إن الحكومة إذا احتاجت أي دور تشريعي فمجلس الأمة لن يقصر بإذن الله أو أي ميزانية لن يقصر، متمنيا لها النجاح بتوجيهات سمو أمير البلاد، حفظه الله ورعاه.
ومن جهته، قال النائب متعب الرثعان في أول تعليق بعد اعلان التشكيل الحكومي، إن الطرق أصبحت أولوية وهاجسا ومصدرا للخطر وحصد الأرواح واتلاف الممتلكات، مؤكدا أن اصلاح الطرق وردم الحفر بات أول مطالب المواطن وأولوياته، خصوصا أن الأمر تطور لمبادرات شخصية أو شركات لحل هذه القضية.
وطالب الرثعان رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الاشغال العامة والجهات المعنية بأن تكون الطرق أولوية وتعلن خطة واضحة محددة بالمناطق والوقت لإصلاح الطرق وأن يتحمل رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الاشغال العامة كامل المسؤولية السياسية لإصلاح الطرق وخاصة العبدلي والسالمي والذي يطلق عليه طريق الموت بالسرعة الممكنة، وإلا سيكون لنا موقف ولن نتردد بالمحاسبة السياسية على الإطلاق سواء لرئيس مجلس الوزراء أو وزير الاشغال العامة.
وبدوره، قال النائب سعود العصفور«كل التمنيات بالتوفيق لحكومة الشيخ د.محمد الصباح ونتطلع إلى استكمال مسيرة التعاون النيابي الحكومي التي بدأت في محلس 2023 من خلال الاتفاق على الخارطة التشريعية».
وأضاف العصفور «على الحكومة مسؤولية تقديم برنامج عمل واضح ومحدد يقوم على مراعاة مصالح المواطنين وتصحيح اختلالات الأجهزة التنفيذية ودورها».
وأكد أن «يد التعاون ممدودة لما فيه المصلحة العامة بلا تفريط بواجباتنا التشريعية والرقابية والتزاما بقسمنا أمام الله ثم أمام الشعب الكويتي».
من جهته، بارك النائب محمد الرقيب لسمو رئيس الوزراء د.محمد الصباح تشكيل حكومته الأولى، متمنيا أن يكون معيار العمل مع مجلس الأمة الالتزام بالدستور نصا ونهجا ووضع خارطة تشريع أولويتها رفع معيشة المواطن وتقديم الخدمات بالشكل الحضاري من خلال برنامج عمل طموح، مؤكدا في الوقت نفسه رفضه لكل تشريع او قرار يمس جيب المواطن.
وبارك النائب فايز الجمهور لسمو رئيس الوزراء الشيخ د. محمد صباح السالم وأعضاء الحكومة ثقة صاحب السمو أمير البلاد الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الصباح، حفظه الله، سائلا الله يعينهم على أداء الأمانة والعمل على تحقيق الصالح العام والتنمية المستدامة للكويت وأهلها.
وأكد الجمهور أن معيار استمرار العلاقة بين الحكومة والمجلس مبني على رضا الشعب بعد رضا الله سبحانه في تحقيق تطلعاته وحقوقه المشروعة، مضيفا «كما لا ننسى أن نشكر رئيس الوزراء السابق سمو الشيخ أحمد نواف الأحمد الصباح وأعضاء حكومته على تعاونهم مع نواب الأمـة في انجاز عدة قوانين مهمة طالما كان ينتظرها الجميع».
