موعد مع الأمة... ماكرون يخاطب الفرنسيين لإعطاء زخم لولايته الرئاسية الثانية

يخاطب الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون مساء الثلاثاء مواطنيه في مؤتمره الصحافي الثاني منذ انتخابه لأول مرة عام 2017، وذلك ضمن "موعد مع الأمة" سبق أن وعد به مؤخرا، وفيما يسعى إلى إعطاء زخم لولايته الرئاسية الثانية.
في هذا السياق، أفادت الرئاسة الفرنسية للأحد بأن المؤتمر سيبث اعتبارا من الساعة 20,15 (19,15 ت غ) من قصر الإليزيه عبر قنوات تلفزيونية عدة، موضحة أنه "يندرج في إطار موعد مع الأمة، بدأ مع تمنيات 31 ديسمبر/كانون الأول واستمر مع تعيين رئيس الوزراء غابرييل أتال وحكومته".
ويفتقر ماكرون إلى غالبية في الجمعية الوطنية، وهو يواجه تناميا لليمين المتطرف. وقد تأثرت ولايته الثانية أخيرا بتبني قانون جديد للتقاعد أثار جدلا واسعا، إضافة لقانون الهجرة الذي أيده اليمين المتطرف وأثار انقساما داخل الغالبية الرئاسية.
قبل أسبوع، عين ماكرون حكومة يرأسها غابريال أتال، أصغر رئيس للوزراء في تاريخ الجمهورية وإحدى الشخصيات الأكثر شعبية في معسكره.
وأعلن الرئيس الفرنسي في ديسمبر/كانون الأول أنه سينظم "موعدا مع الأمة" في يناير/كانون الثاني بهدف "استعادة الأمل"، ولكن من دون أن يحدد مضمون ما يسعى إليه.
ومنذ 2017، أطلق ماكرون عدة مبادرات لتجاوز الأزمات وفي محاولة لإرساء حوار مباشر مع الفرنسيين، إلا أن نتائجها اعتبرت مخيبة للآمال.
وفي مقدمة تلك المبادرات "النقاش الوطني الكبير" إثر أزمة حركة "السترات الصفر".
