خفض رسوم الإقامة المميزة في السعودية إلى 4 آلاف ريال

قرَّر مركز الإقامة المميَّزة في المملكة العربية السعودية مؤخَّرًا، تخفيض رسومها للفئات المستهدفة إلى 4 آلاف ريال فقط، تُدفع لمرَّة واحدة.
وأكد المركز أنَّ الهدف من إطلاق 5 منتجات جديدة للإقامة المميَّزة، تعزيز مكانة المملكة كمركز عالمي يجذب أفضل العقول والاستثمارات، وتمكين الاقتصاد الوطني من خلال توفير الوظائف.
وقال إنَّ بين الفئات المؤهَّلة للحصول على الإقامة المميَّزة، الرياضيُّون أو المختصُّون في مجال الرياضة، ولديهم إنجازات رياضيَّة ملموسة في المملكة أو خارجها.
ويحقُّ لحاملي الإقامة المميَّزة وأفراد عائلاتهم الإقامة والعمل والاستثمار في المملكة، مع حريَّة التنقل بين وظائف القطاع الخاص، واستقدام العمالة المنزلية الأجنبية بحسب الحاجة، وإصدار تأشيرات زيارة للأقارب مثل الوالدين والأجداد والأحفاد والأشقاء وأبنائهم.كما لهم الحق في تملك العقارات للأغراض السكنية والتجارية والصناعية في جميع أنحاء المملكة، باستثناء مكة، والمدينة، والمناطق الحدودية، ويمكن الاستفادة من العقارات بمكة والمدينة بحق انتفاع بحد أقصى 99 عامًا.5 منتجات جديدة للإقامة

تم الإعلان عن هذا البرنامج خلال حفل توقيع التزام خاص أقيم في جدة، حيث تعهد أعضاء من الإدارة التنفيذية للشركات المنضمة حديثاً، بما في ذلك الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في فلاورد، السيد/ محمد العريفي، بالتزامهم بالممارسات المستدامة، كما حضر الحفل ممثلون رفيعو المستوى من وزارة الاقتصاد والتخطيط، مشيدين بجهود المملكة لتحقيق صافي الانبعاثات الصفري بحلول عام 2060 ودفع التقدم البيئي والاجتماعي.

تم إطلاق برنامج "روّاد الاستدامة" رسمياً خلال الاجتماع الخاص للمنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي في الرياض، وتحت رعاية وزارة الاقتصاد والتخطيط، يهدف البرنامج إلى تمكين المؤسسات في جميع أنحاء المملكة من خلال توفير الموارد والخبرات اللازمة لدمج الاستدامة في نماذج أعمالها. وبدعم من مجموعة السليمان و"Sustainability Excellence"، وهي شركة استشارية رائدة في مجال الاستدامة، يعزز البرنامج التعاون والابتكار لدفع تأثير بيئي واجتماعي واقتصادي حقيقي.
