أعلن مجلس إدارة شركة القدية للاستثمار، اليوم، عن إطلاق الاستاد الرئيسي الجديد بمدينة القدية، الذي سيحمل اسم صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء.
الاستاد الجديد سيكون واحداً من أبرز الملاعب في العالم، وسيزود بتقنيات وإمكانات غير مسبوقة تجعله متعدد الاستخدامات، وقادر على استضافة أكبر الأحداث الرياضية والترفيهية والثقافية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

ويأتي هذا الإعلان بعد أسابيع قليلة من إعلان صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان، عن إطلاق المخطط الحضري لمدينة القدية والعلامة التجارية العالمية للقدية، والتي ستصبح في المستقبل القريب المدينة الأبرز على مستوى العالم في مجال الترفيه والرياضة والثقافة، ما سينعكس إيجابياً على اقتصاد المملكة ومكانتها دولياً، وتعزيز استراتيجية مدينة الرياض والإسهام في نمو اقتصادها وتحسين جودة الحياة بها لتصبح واحدة من أكبر 10 اقتصاديات مدن في العالم.
وسيمثل المشروع الجديد محطةً مهمة في مسيرة تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، إذ سيسهم في تعزيز السياحة وإتاحة آلاف فرص العمل والإسهام في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني، وزيادة عدد الزيارات المتوقعة سنوياً إلى المملكة بمعدل 1.8 مليون زيارة من خلال جذب عشاق رياضة كرة القدم، وستة ملايين زيارة من المهتمين في الأنشطة الأخرى غير مباريات كرة القدم.
وقال العضو المنتدب لشركة القدية للاستثمار، الأستاذ عبدالله بن ناصر الداود، إن الشركة تطمح لأن تصبح مدينة القدية وجهة رائدة عالمياً في المشهد الرياضي والترفيهي والثقافي، مؤكداً أن استاد الأمير محمد بن سلمان سيمثل أيقونة فائقة الجمال للمدينة بفضل موقعه الرائع على جبل طويق وإطلالته على المدينة الجديدة، فضلاً عن تصميمه العالمي والتقنية المتقدمة التي يتمتع بها، ما يهيئه لاستضافة فعاليات ومسابقات ترفيهية ورياضية عالمية المستوى.
ومن المقرر أن يصبح الاستاد، الملعب الحاضن لناديي النصر والهلال، وسيستضيف عدة مسابقات كروية محلية وعالمية كبرى، كما أنه واحد من المواقع المقترحة لاستضافة مباريات كأس العالم 2034 الذي نجحت المملكة مؤخراً في الفوز باستضافته.
تصميمه المبتكر كذلك سيسمح باستخدامه في أغراض متعددة، حيث يمكن تحويل أرضيته بالكامل في غضون ساعات إلى ساحة مهيأة لإقامة مختلف الفعاليات الرياضية والترفيهية مثل مسابقات الرجبي والملاكمة والفنون القتالية المختلطة وبطولات الرياضات الإلكترونية والمعارض والحفلات الموسيقية الكبرى.
ومن بين هذه التقنيات الفريدة من نوعها، الأرضية والسقف والحائط العلوي القابلة للطي والسحب، والتي تتيح فتح أحد جوانبه لتوفر إطلالة ساحرة للجزء السفلي من المدينة الذي يضم وجهات رائدة مثل 6 فلاجز مدينة القدية، ومنتزه الألعاب المائية.
وعلاوة على ذلك، سيتم تغطية الإطار الخارجي للاستاد وبعض جدرانه الداخلية وسقفه بعدد قياسي من شاشات العرض يبلغ طولها 1.5 كيلو متراً، لتقدم تجربة غامرة ومثيرة للزوار.
ومن التقنيات اللافتة أيضاً التي سيزود بها الاستاد الجديد، تقنية تحكم مناخي متطورة، ستسمح بإقامة الفعاليات والمسابقات فيه على مدار العام دون استهلاك معدلات كبيرة من الطاقة، وذلك من خلال إنشاء بحيرة تبريد صديقة للبيئة تحت الاستاد مباشرةً، بحيث تضخ مياه الأمطار التي تُجمع من الاستاد والمنطقة المحيطة به إلى حائط ثلجي، ما يؤدي إلى تبريد الهواء الداخل إلى نظام التكييف المركزي فيه.

أوضحت وزارة البلديات والإسكان آلية منح المكافأة المالية التشجيعية لمن يساهم في الكشف عن مخالفات لائحة الجزاءات عن المخالفات البلدية، وذلك ضمن إطار تنظيمي متكامل يهدف إلى تمكين القطاع البلدي وتعزيز الرقابة المجتمعية وتحسين المشهد الحضري في المدن السعودية.
وبينت الوزارة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي امتدادًا لجهودها في إشراك أفراد المجتمع في رصد المخالفات البلدية، لاسيما عناصر التشوه البصري، من خلال مبادرة الراصد المعتمد التي تُعد إحدى الأدوات الرقابية المبتكرة المعتمدة على التقنيات الرقمية، بما يساهم في رفع جودة الحياة وتحسين البيئة العمرانية، مبينةً أن القرار يرتكز على تأهيل أفراد المجتمع وتدريبهم للحصول على صفة ”راصد معتمد“، وذلك بالتسجيل عن طريق منصة ”بلدي“ وبعد اجتيازهم دورة تدريبية معتمدة ووفق ضوابط محددة.
أخبار متعلقة «الشؤون الإسلامية» تدمج الذكاء الاصطناعي والإرشاد المباشر لخدمة المعتمرينعبر ”نما“ و”الوطنية للخدمات“.. آليات جديدة لضبط أسواق الخضار بجدةوأكدت أن البلاغات تخضع لمعايير دقيقة تضمن صحة المعلومات الواردة على المخالفات، من ضمنها أن تكون موثقة بصور واضحة ومواقع جغرافية دقيقة ومعلومات كاملة ليتم اعتمادها رسميًا، مشيرة إلى أنه سيتم صرف مكافآت مالية للمبلغين وفقًا لخطورة المخالفة وصعوبة اكتشافها والجهد المبذول، حيث يمكن أن تصل المكافأة إلى 25% من إجمالي قيمة المخالفة المرصودة، ضمن منظومة حوكمة دقيقة تضمن الشفافية وتمنع تكرار البلاغات أو ازدواجيتها.
وأضافت الوزارة أن ”الراصد المعتمد“ يُعد امتدادًا لنموذج الرقابة المجتمعية الذي تتبناه الوزارة، بهدف تعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية وترسيخ ثقافة الامتثال والمسؤولية المشتركة في حماية المشهد الحضري والسلامة العامة من الممارسات العشوائية والمخالفات البلدية، مشيرة إلى أن القرار جاء لتمكين المجتمع من الإسهام الفاعل في حماية البيئة الحضرية، ودعم مستهدفات الوزارة نحو مدن أكثر تنظيمًا وجاذبية، وقطاع بلدي أكثر كفاءة وشمولًا.
